I too, had just recently ordered an OtterBox iPhone case from PruneDanish through Amazon at a great price, I didn't expect it to show up till at least 10 days according to the disclaimer. I got it 5 days after I ordered it via the US Postal service. If this is any indication on how this company works all the time, I'm sold and will go directly to their site first before anyone else. Was told my product shipped & was provided shipping information then was told that the product was not in stock and the order cancelled.

free shipping was very fast and the prices are great.

I ordered a phone case on December 15th with my credit card, it took until December 18th to ship....it is now December 27th and I still have not received my case. When I contacted them about canceling my order and getting a refund, their response was...
"Okay, just return the item to us and once we get it we should be able to refund your money in a week to 2 weeks."
Problem is.....I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ITEM YET!!! I am ready to just say to hell with it and write it off as a loss. This was the first time I used PruneDanish.com and it is the last time I will use it ever again.

I placed an order and paid for the FedEx 2day shipping because it was an important part of "Santa" and I wanted to make sure I recieved it in time- with room to spare. They shipped it via Ground instead of 2Day (I still received it before Christmas, just no wiggle room) and I received a full refund after my phone call!

I had ordered two protective cases for my iPhones. The customer service at Prune Danish was great. Their prices are very competitive. Overall, it was a good experience. The only complaint that I have is for the delay in delivery. I was supposed to receive my purchased merchandise on Dec 20 but they arrived on Dec 22. I will recommend others to this merchant.

This company uses level 3 shipping. I called the 800# (tracking my phone case i ordered) for the post office and they explained to me how that works...packages are bottom of priority list and can take weeks.

I was looking for a new Otterbox for my iPhone and just happened upon their site. Not only did they have what I wanted for a great price, it shipped out right away and I got it within a couple days. I would definitely recommend this site!!

This item was out of stock and it took a week to get notified. Ordered it from somewhere else only to find out in two days it's was out of stock and it was to be shipped from same place as this. Would help if it was marked out of stock before I went to the trouble to order it.

Well it's been a week already since I purchased a product from this site. I still haven't received my merchandise, or had any email about the progress of my order. But today I did receive an email wanting me to give my feed back, so here it is. Not good business at all. Will never order from here again.

This site has very good deals and I'm glad I found it. I was pleased with my first order so I returned to place a second order--both times for iphone cases. Both orders arrived very quickly with the items packed well. This site is worth your time to check out if you like online shopping.

is a service oriented website that wants to keep its customers

I was very happy with the purchase. The set of mirrors were accurately described and I can't wait to finish decorating the room with them. It looks just as beautiful as in the picture and it arrived much quicker than expected. I will definitely buy from this supplier again!!

I was quite excited when I received my package at the door. I has just broken my phone prior to getting a otterbox and was very excited to put the case on to prevent it from happening again. After I had opened the box though after opting for the more expensive package I was surprised to see it looked less than "brand-new". The package seemed to be beat a little bit and the box it came in was obviously opened already. I also realized small pieces of white paint on the inside of the plastic screen saver which made it look as if I had purchased a defect. I was still overall satisfied with the product as it did come in fairly decent condition and the product is entirely functional. I just wish the box it came in was untouched and it had properly examined prior to shipping for the paint on it.

I ordered a phone case from this website. It was great quality at a very affordable price. Shipping was great as well. Will shop with this site again.

What a fabulous company that has fair pricing on the same stuff you pay retail for. They sell for less. Why would you buy anywhere else? Same good products, same quality; why pay more? Love this place.
