I find Postscript an excellent company in every respect. They offer a wide range of books, well displayed in their booklet at exceptionally good prices. Their ordering service is easy, their delivery is on time &books are always well packaged. Thank you Postscript for an excellent service.

The range of books from fiction, children's books and non-fiction books. I also like that postscript sells stationary. Affordable books.

Have been buying from Postscript for many years
now. There is a vast variety of books to choose
from at great prices they are easy to order on line and
they are delivered within days by a friendly courier.

I have been using Postscript's services for over 10 years. They have provided excellent choice and value for money on a consistent basis over this period. In addition, Postscript have embraced environmentally friendly protocols with regard to their packaging etc. Long may they continue !

I've been a customer for 10 years. I have never been disappointed in any purchase I made during that time. Excellent service and value, highly recommended.

I have had cause to complain to Postscript because of their poor delivery system, you see I do not live within the recognised boundaries of the village, but it's on the road between the actual village and a farm/office rural units complex. Their delivery drivers dump anything next to my dustbins, which are easily visible from the road but not the house, I have raised this with them and their response is "Pay more for Post Office service".
My response is simple is "Say Good-bye to my business" I'm not a big customer but I usually buy several books at a time and therefore save their admin costs.
Why do modern suppliers think that their customers have to accept bad service? Lets face it they are buying up unsold books from publishers and I'm sure making a good living from it!
People like me treat books with respect not things to throw about the house, but Postscript appear not to.

Always an interesting selection of books. They arrive promptly after ordering.

My heart either leaps with joy of sinks quietly to the floor, well it would if there was room for it. Six six foot bookcases already full with books stacked on top, more (3 rows) lined up under a five foot long coffee table and a smaller bookcase with taller shelves for bigger books. I live in a one bedroom flat! No more I tell myself sternly, but that has about as much effect as when I also tell myself I don't need chocolate to read a book. I don't listen to either little voice. Thank you both Postscript Books and various charity shops and book fairs for my home full of books.

Have given Postscript top marks even thought I didn’t get their books. This is to reflect their customer service when things go wrong. Evri messed up (surprise surprise) and told me they’d delivered to the pick up point when they hadn’t. I could have been told to give them a few more days. Instead I received an apology and instant refund. They should stop using awful delivery services but apart from that, I can’t fault them - and on occasions I have ordered before I’ve always found the books to be good value for money.

phone to answer a question. What more does one need

I have had many "experiences" with Postcript Books.
The system works amazingly well.
We are spoilt for choice. Our memory is jogged when we see titles that we thought had long gone, or recently forgotten about, There are many different categories, sets and combinations, all at great discounted prices.
Ordering and delivery, easy friendly and quick.
And it is great to get a real book !
