Better not have to use the garantie
I bought a Kitchen Aid mixer that broke for no reason. As it was still in garantie, I sent it back following the instructions they gave me. WEEKS after, they tell me I have to pay the sending costs. I protest because it should be included in the garantie. A week after they finally answer, all is fine but I have to send them the serial number from the machine to complete the process... of course, thats imposible because I sent the machine a month ago, they have it, not me. Still waiting for their answer. Extremelly incompentent.
