As simple as the name implies.

Psymplicity is as simple as the name implies.

I've been guided through a friendly process, which is very welcome for a neurodivergent person. I'm now exploring treatment options, and I feel that I'm in charge of my own options, with all the support I need.

Completely irresponsible

Doctor din't show up to the scheduled appointment and left me without medication. When I called, there was nobody available to answer the phone.

Initially great

Initially great, but since the change over with Psymplicity It had become a terrible and stressful experience. Appaling communication, and I have had to seek advice from another practise.

Great all-round responsible clinic

I've had a great experience with every facet of the clinic I've interacted with. The booking and admin team have done very well to keep me informed of changes to booking and reminders to book follow-up appointments as well as the sending of medical documents. The accounts team have been prompt in my few interactions and my clinician is doing a great job with my care and listens to my worries and answers any queries I may have as well as trying his best to make sure I'm not experiencing any adverse side effects. The monthly newsletter is great as well to keep updated with the clinic as well as with developments in/around treatment and such that the clinic tackles.

All the Team are very helpful & kind & I told them so at the time.
There is not enough positivity shared , even when people think 🤔 it they don’t tell it. I will always tell any service or company how they’re doing 😊

Dr Charis Pandis

Dr Charis Pandis
Absolute quack, stay away. When I was a patient at NE London Foundation Trust he treated me really badly. Told me he didn't want to see me again. He wasn't being facetious! I was a very distressed patient and he treated me like S**T. Did he not take the Hypocratic Oath?

Wondering if it's a scam company!

After I have paid for the appointment over 200£, they have cancelled my appointment without rearranging it and haven't refunded me the money (at least as yet!). I have emailed them with no reply!!! Extremely disappointed.

Left without prescription for my wedding! No response in a week!

I have been waiting for my repeat subscription for a week now. Fly out for my wedding tomorrow without my medication. Emailed 10-15 times with no response! The fact they are still taking memo why is so bad! I would spend anymore money here as you might never see it again! Looked on the gazette and the company has a wind up notice! So I can only image what is going on…. Charge a fortune for everything and just ignore you…. Days of being ignored there’s no excuses.

Very happy with the support I receive from the teams, and ease of contact. The diagnosis and medication have been life changing for me at 31 yrs old.
Expensive route to take, however I have been on and off NHS waiting lists for 10 years & I would recommend if you can afford it to go for it and not have regrets in receiving treatment earlier.

Not a great experience for ADHD diagnosis

Had my ADHD assessment with them and not a great experience. The clinician was derogatory about my condition. I complained and they set me up with a different clinician albeit a few months later and she was great. However a lot of hard work arranging this as they often didn’t answer their phone or reply to emails. Do not book in with them.

Booked a ADHD assessment for my child

Booked a ADHD assessment for my child, school, family and other professionals completed all the paperwork. Ten days before our appointment it was cancelled with no explanation, I have no idea if we will get the money back. I have no copies of the information provided by my sons school and no one will answer emails and give me any information. I suspect they have gone bust! Worst experience ever.

To everybody who is currently writing…

To everybody who is currently writing negative reviews....I've no other way of letting you know but it appears that as of 28th July 2023, Psymplicity have gone bust....Before anyone has a go at me, I am merely a customer too and I have also had my pending September appointment cancelled as well. My older daughter who uses Psymplicity too (my children have inherited my ADHD and Autism), was told by her Psymplicity doctor that there is a petition which has been put out to wind down the company by HMRC on the basis of Corporate Insolvency which is due to be heard at the High Courts on 9th August 2023....I have phoned my bank to recall the £245 that I paid in advance for my other daughter's appointment (on the grounds of having paid for a service and not receiving the goods) that presumably, I am now not going to receive as I have no other ideas of how to recoup this money....
Phones/ emails aren't being picked up as the bank informed me that I had to contact them first but in my elder daughter's case, she was advised that she could carry on seeing her Psymplicity doctor as he/ she also runs their own private practice too; so maybe stalk who you were seeing at Psymplicity on Google and get in touch with them that way, perhaps....
I hope this helps....
I am as shocked and gutted as everyone else is I should imagine as Psymplicity were like the 4rth emergency service in my household!! Whatever you do, please do not jump ship and go to Harley in London as most of the negative reviews that have been penned on Trust pilot about them are true ie if you say 1 negative word about them (even though they are in fact culpable of malpractice), they'll stop booking you in for appointments (even though they have taken your money) and leave you high and dry...What's worse is team managers then dont get back to you/ phone you back for a period spanning for 4 months despite having breached their own policies on numerous occasions first!!
If someone could share this message on Facebook too to let others patient know of the situation, I'd be extremely grateful. Hope this helps everyone and good luck to all you fellow neuro- divergents out there xx

Is this a scam??

We booked an paid for an ASD assessment for our child. Everything seemed ok until they cancelled our appointment without explanation or refund. Have been calling and writing and it is impossible to even get someone on the phone. Is this a scam?? I am so very disappointed. They were quick to charge us and now we don't even know how to get our money back!

No better then CAMHS

They don't provide face to face appointments and no psychiatrists can connect very well with their patients online, especially with young people.
The doctor didn't show enough interest in the betterment of young person's mental health but just did tick box exercise just like CAMHS. She didn't even try to explain the benefit of antidepressants and didn't prescribe it to someone suffering from severe mental health problems for last four years.
