That said, if you're in a position where the cost makes sense, it's a genuinely solid platform that does what it promises.

Publer is an awesome tool for managing content for multiple social medias. It has all the necessary features (except messages and comments, but that is coming later on) and it has a very affordable pricing for my needs.
