I recently purchased a 4 seat patio set. March 30th. They told me would need to wait 2 weeks and would get a call. Had no call. When asked. Was told they would find out. No call back. Called them again and it was looked into. Were told it would be following sat a week later. They would call nearer the date. No call back. We called to ask on the fridsy.was told we would get a call to say morn or afternoon del. No call untill 12.20 on del day to say we havent got one for us. Were offered a scratched display set untill end of may. This to be replaced. Then said we could keep set for 10 percent off instead. This i took as an insult for the terrible service offered. I called wenvoe store to speak to a manager. A lady called sally. She was very helpful and her service was exemplary. I commend her for sorting us out a set and getting it delivered the same day. Drivers were also very nice. The radyr store called after wenvoe got in touch to say sorry, your order was at wrong site and is now on its way. This was a total lie from the site because were were told wenvoe would bill them for the amount
Of the set. There was no offer whatsoever of any compensation or voucher for 10 or 20 percent off. It was obvious we had paid and the order was never placed. I would call this disgraceful costomer service and would not reccomend pughes radyr to anyone.

I ordered some plants just to cheer up my garden. Pugh's stated that they were very busy, and that delivery can take up to 10 working days, so I was very prepared to wait. However, my delivery came within only a couple of days! I was really impressed. The delivery guy was friendly, and left my plants in a safe place, respecting all COVID guidelines. The plants themselves are absolutely beautiful, excellent quality. Excellent service all round, will not hesitate to order from Pugh's again!

Useful gift for my daughter who's just had her garden done! Needs lots of pots and plants, so vouchers are the best gift.

Bought the gift card as a birthday present for my mum. With the lockdown she spent so much time in the garden and now has so many plans. She can't wait to get to the Garden centre when they reopen, to make her plans a reality.

Excellent service and fast delivery!

Waited over 20 minutes to be served in the cafe before we left, no sign of any kind of service. Awful, won’t be coming back any time soon

My favourite garden centre. I love the range of plants available and the staff are very knowledgeable too.

The cafe and little shop are also so cute and the perfect place to find nice birthday cards and presents.
