Don't buy from them!

I paid extra for (1-3 days) Express Shipping, but then received an e-mail saying that my package would arrive in 7 days!

I left a message in "Live chat" and Ticket Support; saying that if my order doesn't arrive within 1-3 days [like I paid for], please refund my shipping! The 3rd day came, and my package is still far away! And I've yet to hear any reply back from them!

Update:

They finally contacted me back. And after going back and forward with them, I finally got my refund.
