SCAM SCAM SCAM

ordered on the 6th of November 2023 never arrived, no contact or response from numerous emails
Absolutely disgusting people that steal money and should be held accountable. I have formally complained to Trading Standard and Companies House. I have also disputed with my bank and thankfully got a refund. Shame on those thieves at Pukka gifts.

Scam company

Ordered two tote bags which didn't arrive after over two weeks. Requested refund for non-receipt of goods and seller has completely ignored. So contacted my bank who will pursue this company to get back the money plus a fee.
Will report to Trading Standards/Companies House given all the other reviews which have not received orders and not got replies to emails, or been refunded.

No order received

No stars would be more apt.
I have not received my order. Have sent 3 emails and received one reply saying order would arrive the next day. Nothing.
My emails now being ignored. Do not buy from this firm. They take your money and you receive nothing.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

Do not use this company. I placed an order on 15th April and the order was cancelled an hour or so later. The email I received stated that I’d been refunded which I hadn’t received so gave it a couple of days and still nothing so emailed the seller & no response. I gave it a few more days to then raise a case with PayPal who advised to give it some more time. Still no comms or refund received so I escalated to PayPal who reviewed my case and refunded me just now. I was trying to order a personalised Peter Rabbit guide to life book. Avoid avoid avoid this scam of a company.

Avoid at all costs!!!

I too placed an order on 25th February for a birthday gift on 3rd March - which you can probably guess didn’t arrive. No response to my email querying what has happened. When I check the Mail tracking it tells me there’s no tracking number. I’d like my money back but I won’t hold my breath. Should have checked reviews before purchasing. DO NOT waste your money on this site.

Peter Rabbit domino set

The item I ordered on the 3rd January as a birthday gift for a 2 year old still hasn't arrived. The cost of the gift plus postage was taken from my bank account on the 4th January. I have emailed sales several times and as yet not had a reply or acknowledgement from them. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering the gift.
It is a lesson learnt. Buyer beware.
What can they do differently?
Respond to emails.
Return money if no gift.
If they can't supply something, acknowledge it.
Other prospective customers, take note.

at first i was scared i was scammed because of the negative reviews. however my order was fine. delivered quickly and great quality! packages nicely to avoid my cat bowls breaking. honesty a great experience :)

Avoid this company at all costs!!

Avoid this company at all costs!!! I wouldn’t even give them one stars
Ordered a gift for a little boys birthday in oct, never received my package. Contacted them and they said it was on its way. Still no parcel so contacted again to ask for refund and they claim it was‘lost’ and they would issue a refund. Told them they obvs hadn’t sent it as they wouldn’t be so quick to issue me my money back. I’ve had to contact them 3 further times as they still haven’t sent me a refund and still nothing! Pathetic excuse of a company will be taking this further and reporting them! Still waiting for my money to feed my kids pukka!

Highly recommend this company

Highly recommend this company. Ordered a personalised money box within 1 day of placing the order it was dispatched and arrived 48 hours later. The service was fantastic and money box is beautiful, my nephew will love it! Very happy customer.

My happy moments SCAM

So ordered a christmas plate from my happy moments site in september they have a Facebook page plus a website so thought everything will be great October came still no plate so I got in touch with them. got a reply back from them saying my order has been lost and there is no more in stock so I then asked for my money back which they agreed to, I had to contact them a further 4 times regarding my money back and each time they said they will look into it but nothing came of it, thankfully I used PayPal so escalated to them and now finally got my money back, do not use HAPPY MOMENTS site they are a bunch of scammers and look like they do this to alot of people, pages and sites like these should be shut down its terrible, wish I researched first going of previous reviews

I wish I'd read the reviews first

I wish I'd read the reviews too, as I ordered a Daddy Pig personalised mug and received nothing. I emailed them, after the 5 working days and said it was for a specific date and would I receive it or can I just have a refund. I was told I would get a full refund. After a working day or two, I hadn't received the refund. Emailed again asking for confirmation, to be told I had already been told it would take 3-5 working days for the refund. Ordered 16th August, still no refund or item. I too would avoid this company, and I think that the 'good' reviews are probably by the employees, two of which are Emma and Amy. I've emailed them after this too, no reply.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Paid for 3 to 5 day delivery of personalised gift in August, still not recieved and no response to emails. Still waiting for a refund and explanation Absolutely shocking customer service. Fraudsters scammers and down right despicable company.!!

Ordered a gift for an anniversary, delivery quoted as 3-5 days but over a week later I haven't received item or been given a delivery date. Emailed twice without response and can't find tel number to call, too late for anniversary now, maybe a scam?

ordered an item a month ago they lied and said they had sent it out twice when they hadnt. its a scam! they wont reply to your email but then when you start leaving reviews they will. they have told me to stop leaving my review on review websites but i want to ensure this doesnt happen to anyone else. if you want to message me for proof please feel free.

Very dissatisfied

In May, I ordered a watch from My Happy Moments / Pukka Gifts / or Treat Republic - they seem to trade under all these names. When the watch arrived (very promptly), it was too big for me and I decided to send it back for a refund. I knew this was within my legal rights for an online order, even without giving a reason, as long as I requested the return within 14 days of delivery. However, in addition to the watch being too big for me, it had been personalised with a message on the back for another customer! Despite both these issues, the company refused to accept a return, even after I sent them the relevant regulations from the Govt. website about my legal rights as a consumer. After a long email wrangle, I went to the Trading Standards website, which referred me to Citizens Advice. I rang up and spoke to someone (within a couple of minutes) who gave me excellent advice. The advice included contacting my bank to ask them to do a 'charge back' on my debit card. Following the ‘charge back’, the bank reimbursed my bank account for the full amount plus delivery costs, and the company agreed to accept the return of the watch. The bank is now pursuing the company to recover the payment. Although this was all quite time consuming, I feel pleased not to have allowed them to get away with it. I would highly recommend others do the same, if faced with the same problems. But I would encourage My Happy Moments to follow consumer regulations to avoid these problems in the first place, which I'm sure would make for a more successful business.
