We had the pleasure of being assisted…

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Ali, the Manager at Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center, and I cannot praise him enough for the outstanding service he provided. From the very beginning, Ali was calm, attentive, and incredibly polite. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our stay was taken care of, and his professionalism truly stood out.

What impressed us most was the way he handled everything with such grace and patience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Thanks to his efforts, our stay was not only comfortable but also memorable.

Ali is a true credit to the Pullman team, and his exceptional service turned a good trip into a great one. We are grateful for his help and would absolutely recommend this hotel, especially because of the excellent staff like Ali.

Duplicitous Amex promotions - BEWARE

Hotel is ok but my complaint is that I stayed there in March under an Amex promotion in which you have to spend at least £300 on your Amex card to receive £75 as a rebate.

I reserved a room via the Pullman website online and had to supply my Amex card to hold the reservation.

What then happened is that they took payment in advance. 2 months later I had not received my £75 rebate only to be told by Amex customer service is that payments made online do not qualify even though it was the Pullman that took my payment in advance.

Apparently, what I was supposed to do was phone up and make a booking and then pay with my Amex on checkout!

What a duplicitous way to try and win more business. Why penalise me because you took my payment online?

Well done Pullman - totally lost my trust on this one.

So helpful

I had a great experience with Rebecca from the Reservation Team at Pullman Hotel Liverpool. She was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the booking process really straightforward. She answered all my questions clearly and was very helpful throughout. Her excellent customer service made a real difference, and I really appreciated her support. A great asset to the team – thank you, Rebecca!

Liverpool pullman is fantastic

Liverpool pullman is fantastic, great location. Park in the mulit storey car park next door and you get discount when staying at hotel. Rooms are spotless and bed so comfy! Shower is fantastic and room is equipt with toiletries, robe, huge fresh towels, fridge, coffee machine, iron etc. Breakfast is delicious with a huge selection. Staff are all so lovely and friendly. Chris Klien the manager goes above and beyond and is so professional. This is always our go to when we want a child free night away.

Stay elsewhere

Stayed at the London location. Advertised as a 4 star but was a 2 star hotel at best. Left immediately after check in. Dirty, unsafe and run down. Wouldn't refund the full reservation but I couldn't let staff stay so they basically stole the money. Unethical business practices and false advertising.

pullman zamzam makkah

pullman zamzam makkah absolute worst. called reception 5 times for one thing and they said “one minute” and basically left, i was waiting for 5minutes so i ended it and called again but the same thing happened.

Also they upgraded us however there was work going on in the other room so all we could hear was banging and drilling. everyone in my room couldnt take it.

most things in the room didnt work and when you asked to sort it out they did nothing.

I stayed at Pullman hotel Liverpool…

I stayed at Pullman hotel Liverpool 8/8/24-12/8/24. My stay was really good. The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The food was delicious and hot there was plenty of choice and if you ordered breakfast with your booking you could have it delivered to your room at no extra charge. The staff were a joy so polite and helpful especially Jack and Paige. Everything was so clean.i will definitely return next year.

Company to be avoided

The task was simple calibrate two instruments, One they did the issue invoice was £100.00 more than quote. The second well they just lost that one, they asked for time to look for it which we gave them that. Advised they couldn't find it so I invoiced them for a replacement unit. They advised they would not settle invoice till there quality man had reviewed the matter in about 30 days. Not a customer caring company FYI under my many hats I'm the Chief Engineer for a local Aviation Maintenance facility which has many instruments that require calibration annually, it was from one of these that I got Pullmans details for my personal instruments, I guarantee they won't be getting any of this companies business again.
