Pulse have their finger on the customer care pulse for sure
Been a customer for well over a year and they have great customer service, well to be honest I have only needed to contact customer once in that time and they were friendly, efficient and completed all actions as promised.

Review of Pulse credit card
I find my Pulse card very useful to use. I buy a lot of products from the biggest online retailer and my Pulse card is the default payment method. I find that the Pulse app is easy to understand and I applaud Pulse for having advanced security features and advice given on the app and by Email.
Highly recommend.

I’ve been using my Pulse Mastercard® very regularly, and it’s become one of the most useful cards in my wallet. Payments go through smoothly, it’s accepted everywhere I need it, and managing my spending has been straightforward. It’s reliable, convenient, and has made day‑to‑day purchases much easier. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about getting a card with pulse to not bother! It has been ruining my life for years, I am paying ridiculous monthly payments and I’m still stuck with this large debt that won’t go down due to such high interest! They have no contact details other than a phone line or a rubbish online chat. No way of emailing , yet they continue to make faults on their side and make it so difficult to contact them.I have paid extra payments each month on top of direct debit, and they automatically change my direct debit to a very low amount that month to ensure I will still have to pay a high interest for that month. The most recent month I received an online billing letter from pulse to confirm my higher direct debit payment would be active from 19th January, when I have logged in they have actually charged me a very low amount again on the 19th, and then I have been wacked with another high interest charge for the month! This is one of my biggest regrets ever opening this account. You will never get out of it. I paid £700 chunk in one go and was still charged exactly the same interest as the previous month. It just makes you wonder if there is any point paying it at all

I would recommend to anyone.
I have had this credit card for a number of years. I feel totally in control of the spending limit and how to avoid paying interest. All communication is in plain English so easily understood. I have had a couple of incidents where my purchases didn’t arrive and one time my card was cloned. All were dealt with very quickly and the staff were incredibly helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. I am very pleased with this credit card and would recommend it to anyone.
