I purchased portable studios and it got ready after a month and a half.
everyday new problem raised.
First they ask me to accept chinese package then they provided US cables while i asked for uk.
after all these troubles, and a long trip by sea for more than 45 days, Customers have starting returning the products for defect in power cable ^_^.
How would i compensate such issues while the company not cooperating? and saying this is against our rules to send new cables at our cost while they're the main cause!!!
even my goods at amazon warehouse which would cost me too much to remove them and to fix the issue.
I highly recommnd you not to deal with this company.
