The urn is beautiful. The pictures for the "green" color look very different on each picture on the webpage, but I took the gamble and bought it anyway. I was very happy with the color in person. It's dark and forest-y, and it matches my fathers personality well. It is sleek and lovely. Wonderful quality. Shipping was very fast, and it was very well packaged.

I have asked several times for a phone call. 360-259-4147. Nothing I am not happy with the color of the Urn it was supposed to be walnut. It is not and I want replacement and a phone call.

Beautiful and Good Quality!
The urn itself is beautiful and seems very well made! Shipping was quicker than I had anticipated and the box was well packed, everything was intact and in good condition upon arrival. I do wish there was an option for a removable plug instead of gluing the ceramic one on, but I knew that when I made the purchase. I had a very hard time choosing an urn — I wanted something handmade and unique that my mom would like, and I’m so glad that I found Pulvis. Overall I’m very happy with it, I think my mom would be very happy if she could see her new resting place. Respectfully, I hope I won’t need another urn anytime soon, but if I do, it will be from here.

Extremely quick shipping from Bulgaria to Washington State, United States. I placed my order Monday afternoon and received the urn fewer than 72 hrs later by mid-day Thursday.
The urn is also great quality and well made. The included tea candle was also a very nice touch. Overall I was wowed by Pulvis from start to finish.
Purchasing an urn is not something I want to have to do again for a very long time, but Pulvis will absolutely be my first choice in the future for any other urn needs.

Amazing product and customer service was responsive and excellent! I just wish I received my order not broken but customer service was so understanding and responsive they put me through to receive a refund and put a claim with the carrier facility and they started to make a new one ASAP.
