Wrong item delivered
Ordered a cap. Was sent a different one. My original cap was not available. Still shows on the website as available. Gave 2 stars as they came back to me immediately with a refund, otherwise would have been 1 star. Maybe a one-off mistake but i won't buy from this company again.

I am very sorry about this error, it genuinely was a mistake of the warehouse attaching the wrong shipping label to your box. (Your item incorrectly went to the other buyer).
As soon as you made us aware of this mistake, we did issue a refund, and unfortunately could not guarantee a replacement, as the cap shipped out was the last one.

The shipping service seleceted has a 3 - 15 working day ship time.
Today is the 6th working day, this item will be delivered to you by the 4th February.
Once the item is released from US customs, you can follow the tracking on the USPS website with your tracking number - LG191790649GB
We have been notified USPS did attempt to deliver the item to you on the 7th February, and this was then collected on the 8th of February.

I had no idea this company was based in…
I had no idea this company was based in England. The info said the item would ship within 24 hours. I think it left the company then, but that’s misleading. This was to be a Christmas present. I would have ordered from a different company had I known it’s origin. Each time I look at the tracking, it says in the UK. That has been several days. I’m disappointed. I won’t use this company again.

This order was received and shipped on the 17th of December. You selected the International Express option which also states a 3 - 11 day delivery window. The item was processed for departure from the UK on the 18th. Once the item clears US customs the item will be delivered uy USPS, you can also follow the tracking on the USPS website. The International shipping option should have indicated an overseas shipment, the time frame was also stated, and at present this is the 4th day, your item will arrive within the stated time window, and may also arrive before Christmas.
