Poor Communication and Part of Order Unfullfilled
The main reason for the order was to purchase one particular patch. As I was paying postage anyway, I ordered some other patches, which I wouldn't have bothered with otherwise. Without any explanation or communication, I received a partial refund for one patch and the particular patch I wanted was cancelled. I was given no opportunity to cancel the whole order. I emailed for an explanation but have not received a reply. Used before satisfactorily but will think twice in future.

4.5 stars really. Good collection of merch. The website is user friendly and the purchase transaction fuss free. Docked half a star for the delivery time which was 7 days. Which if they are outside of the UK is outstanding.

Fantastic Small Business
Fantastic! I bought 2 official band hoodies for a fraction of the price advertised elsewhere.
There was a wait for my order, as they had to be ordered especially before shipping, but this was clearly stated and the order arrived when specified.
I had a prompt answer to a query before ordering, even though it was a few days before Christmas, and the weekend if I remember rightly.
Tip top service, thanks guys. Will definitely recommend to friends.
