I received a used Xbox Game Pass code


I received a used Xbox Game Pass code. I haven't received a refund or a new code in three months. They don't answer my emails anymore.
I ordered from there for years. I don't anymore and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I ordered a subscription at night

I ordered a subscription at night, but it seems that the system glitched and my order got stuck pending. It turns out that apparently orders sometimes get "swallowed," especially at night time, so the staff had to manually cancel it and recreate it. The whole issue was resolved quickly. On the other hand, the support staff wasn't very responsive, but they were greatly helpful. I told them there was no rush anyway because I have another active subscription for a month. 4 stars for the sellers reliability!
