Just to make people aware - it appears this company is now trading as ‘Kimbles Dog Chews’, not the company name stated here. If I had known these reviews were for a business run by the same person I never would have ordered. I came across an advert on a local fb animal group and love supporting small businesses so I placed a small order. On this first occasion everything was fine and my order came quickly and communication was good. Second time was awful! I waited over 3 weeks for my order to arrive, despite being told it had been posted, which I now suspect was a lie. In their fb group (Kimbles Dog Chews) there are other people who have experienced the same thing. Won’t be ordering again. People like this give other small business and their owners a bad reputation 😠

Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy constantly emailing and chasing for items that won’t arrive! We ordered on 12th February and the item has still not arrived. The company have not responded to my last three emails or Facebook messages. Such a shame as we ordered a box which did arrive last year and the dog loved them.
Please don’t waste your time and money - it’s clearly a scam as looking at the other reviews in the past six months they’ve been receiving orders and keeping peoples money but not sending any items!

Like the rest of the reviews on here my experience is the same.
Constantly chasing & then not being answered. Been told it’ll be sent, which I highly doubt, thankfully used paypal to purchase so will be requesting a refund.
I like to use local as often as I can but this place is abysmal.
Won’t reply to messages but will post about deals & bundles on groups.

I’ve ordered a few times … it’s very hit and miss. Refuses to communicate when there are problems. Advised AFTER placing my order that there was up to 7 working days delivery delays - it’s now 17 days after ordering and I’ve not received my order.
I gave this company a second chance as I like the products but this is ridiculous!! I will now be contacting my bank for a refund. This is my second terrible review for this company 😔

This is the second time I have ordered, the first I had to chase up but did eventually receive my dog treats. This time I have not received anything. I have private emailed, filled in the form on their website and private message on Instagram. I have had no response at all. I have now requested a refund and i am pleased I used Paypal as they have already issued the monies.

I thought it was supporting a local company as the lady Lucy was posting in several local groups about her products !
Sadly, I ordered £30 worth of chews for our first doggo’s birthday and they never arrived. Kids were devastated as they chipped in for this !
I got in touch with her and she said she will send them but never arrived !
I have claimed the money back from my bank but haven’t had them back !

I have used in the past but my last order placed November was not delivered and despite trying to contact this company over the last 2 months I seem to be being ignored. I have emailed several times and used their online contact form. Would avoid ordering.

Bought £50 worth of chews in November, nothing has arrived, company is ignoring my numerous attempts at contact. This happened once previously, but she eventually then sent the package. From reviews and comments on the company Instagram and Tiktok this is a recurring theme. I've put a claim through my bank to get my money back. Avoid.

Like lots of other reviews apparently!! Items never arrived, communication is abysmal, ordered on the 13th November, a month later after numerous emails and messages, 1 email saying she'd chase it up and still nothing. Vile. Nothing business about this company, it's more like a lucky dip to if your order will ever arrive!

Previously ordered and received quickly, products were great, so I ordered again, spending over £50 this time. No contact from the seller, completely ignoring all my messages, no sign of my parcel turning up. Ended up having to claim it back through my bank. Really disappointed as I had previously recommended them to others as the first order was great.

Should be zero stars order placed on 15th November still waiting chased several times with no reply

Would give zero stars- paid £35 nothing received. Not answering emails and no phone number. Messaged on insta and no response.

Placed an order 6th June. Still showing pending fulfilment, no response from 2 attempts through the web form, tried calling, instagram messenger, no response! Disputing the payment now.

AVOID. I placed an order 4th June which was shipped 12th June. It is now the 26th June and the order has not arrived despite showing as "fulfilled" on their website and the company sending me an email asking me to review the item. This would be understandable if the problem was due to shipping delays but I've had no contact from anyone regarding this. Have contacted them last week through contact form on the website and also sent an email. No response. Waiting the required time before disputing payment through my bank.

We ordered originally from this company in Jan 2023 and the order arrived in good time with a nice hand written note.

We placed the same order at the start of April 2023 and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve attempted to contact on multiple occasions and had no response. Please do not order from this shop.

STEER WELL CLEAR

As many other people, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering - I waited well over 10 days before getting in touch. Sent them an email and message on instagram, as well as called and left a voicemail asking for an update or to cancel the order - I didn't get a response to any of them

No products arrived and I ended up submitting a claim though my bank to get my money back

Ordered 2 orders only received one I’ve message on many occasions on fb email and instagram no reply to any of them not happy as spent a lot on the order and I’m disabled and cannot go out and get. My dogs treats!

Received an email asking me to leave a review for there product.🤷‍♂️ Firstly I haven't received any product, but its only been a month 😡 Secondly, perhaps respond to emails and messages. I can't remember ever dealing with a company this bad ever. I can't comment on the product as its never arrived and I'm not sure it ever will. Do not buy anything from them unless you want to give your money away. If that's the case send it to me instead.

Apparently it was shipped on the 18th March. Not arrived!! This is a scam.

Don't waste your money!!! Plenty of other companies out there. Ordered a Christmas order in plenty of time. Order arrived after Christmas SOOOOO badly packed half of it had fallen out the box! Several items were missing with a note written on delivery note that they will send later......it's now almost end of Jan and I cant get them to reply to email or answer phone so I don't know if balance of order is coming or can't request a refund. Terrible customer service and communications.
