The absolute worst storage company to ever give your business to. Terrible customer service, even worse communication. I was informed my container would be delivered on August 12th, I paid the delivery fee and it was confirmed to me on more than one occasion that I would receive it on that day. I paid via credit card the day prior with a FULL confirmation that it would delivered. I had taken time off of work to receive the delivery only to get a phone call from Kristen at 8:34 AM that they would not because my account was once past due, although the bill was now PAID IN FULL. I called and the person on the phone apologized profusely and guaranteed me a delivery date on August 13th. I called in the morning to confirm and Jatinder reversed the decision and said it will not be delivered. She escalated it to Shannon and when she finally responded, it was via email. She refused to take my call and stuck with decision to not deliver it. Complete lack of professionalism. This has caused me immense grief and I lost time at work. THEY ALSO TOOK MY DELIVERY MONEY AND CHARGED ME AN EXTRA MONTH!!! DO NOT, DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, GO ELSEWHERE.

Seam like a "Bait and Switch", what was quoted, as per on line, was different when, I had to call to confirm reservation..
They did not reach out, to make proper arrangements.
Original chose this company, based on their website, showing delivery of container, using a truck with crane unit for placing unit.......no, they did not offer this service.
Would not recommend this company, based on this experience.
I could not even review the rest, as I could even get a container booked and delivered.
The worst experience
The worst experience, not organised, wrong delivery time. Wrong container. They charge us more than supposed be. I don’t advise anyone to give them the credit card. Or dealing with them.

Where do I even start?… First of all I spent over an hour on the phone with a sales representative advising me of my options and ensuring a delivery could be made. Once guaranteed (even though it was also escalated via management) that a delivery was able to be made. On my scheduled delivery date the driver of the container advised to me it was impossible. To make a long story short, I requested a refund. At first they didn’t want to credit me for my delivery fee even though this was clearly a company error. After speaking with different representatives & many messages left I felt I was now being ignored. Finally after days of persistent calling I was advised a full refund would be credited back to me within a few days via my debit card. This did not happen! I was then told a cheque for my refund was issued to my new address. Unfortunately nothing was received! I was told once again that a another cheque would be issued. This refund processes has now taken over a month and I still don’t have my money. I have tried to escalate this through upper management but unfortunately no one at this company is able to give me a name or contact info. This has been a very stressful situation and I feel I have been taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

BEWARE!!! A financial Nightmare!!!
What started out to be a Wonderful reasonable priced experience turned into hell. If you need to change your pickup date it will be done “No problem”. Staff are wonderful. Accommodating. Sympathetic to your reasons for needing to change dates. And we had many from injuries to hospitalization to deaths. But they are not forthcoming about the fact you will be charged fully and although your date change might only be delayed by a few days they charge you for an entire 28 days. They don’t tell you that. They just keep dinging your credit card. The bank even questioned me on all the charges from Storage Vault.
Four hours and dozens of call later they don’t want to give a credit so I just kept the container till the end even though it wasn’t needed.
Even on the final pickup they tried charging another month because the date passed for the cycle. No fault of mine they just couldn’t get here sooner. Unbelievable.
So just be aware if you change your pickup date. Don’t fall into the Trap of continuous billing of your credit card.

Service and Delivery - great. BUT, track your payments!
Delivered when needed, picked up when needed, storage went well, delivered to new residence and picked up empty. The billing dept is a bit messed up so track your payments. They had double-billed me for initial delivery, took multiple phone calls to sort out, and about 2 months to see a credit back on my card. Then they decide to credit the charge but not the tax. kind of frustrating with all the other things clients need to go through when moving to be honest. Could be worse I guess.

Very good experience overall with PUPS
Very good experience overall with PUPS. The only thing that requires improvement is their container delivery/pick up notification system. The timing was way off which left us scrambling at the last minute.

I found the booking experience to be efficient and friendly and customer contact identified the best booking length to maximize savings for our non profit organization. Container delivered when promised and billing correct. The requested pick up date could not be met when time arrived. I will use PUPS again next year when we need container again.

There was confusion on the delivery…
There was confusion on the delivery date but whoever I spoke to was very helpful and ended up sending a larger container out by the next day.
It was not explained to me that I needed to call really far in advance to have it removed so had to keep it in the driveway for an extra 10 days beyond what we needed which was inconvenient.
