Placed an order for first time this morning. Registered for 20% off first order, said it registered then at payment no discount applied! Tried to email them multiple times but get -Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address.

Ordered the wrong product for my sister now they won’t refund me my money, looks like I’m out $60 saying items on sale are not refundable. It wasn’t on sale when I purchased it. Crooks SMH

I placed an order on 2/7/26 I had to contact them on 7th to chase order was told out of stock but would upgrade order ASAP. It was delivered on 9/7/27 but was wrong I ordered a 100ml received 75ml but still charged for 100ml, was told could send it back for refund or put points on my account which is no help to me. Should have contacted me to say it was out of stock and I would have asked for a refund.

This was the first time that I have ordered from Pure Beauty and did so based on the excellent price point. My items were dispatched and delivered within expected timescales and were well packaged. Shocking company! Item arrived damaged and company disagreed and refused to refund me. As you can see from previous comments by owner on other reviews he is rude and lacks any type customer service experience. Don’t forget its ’family Run’, this does not make this ok. The directors last company was dissolved, which speaks volumes. I will not purchase from them again and will tell my friends and family!
