11/1/25 I ordered 2 pots of Yeast which was recommended to me and is actually very good.
Only 1 arrived. I emailed twice and heard nothing so opened up a pay Pal dispute. Bingo I received contact immediately. The gentleman was very apologetic and promised to send out my missing pot. I received nothing. I have sent countless messages and emails and all have been ignored. Please don't make the same mistake as me to try and support a family business. I have never received such horrendous customer service !! And I buy everything online. Please tell all your K9 friends to avoid such disappointment and loss of hard earned money. Such a shame a good product but not worth the risk !!

I made an order on 18th Jan 2025 and still not had my product
Nothing arrived, Evri tracking saying they are waiting for the items from pure and wild.
I sent my first email on 23rd Jan (no reply)
Second email sent 21st feb (no reply)
I have left probably 5-6 voicemails and no reply

Bit lost on what to do on my £30 order...

I would not recommend ordering from this place

It’s my 3rd time ordering from here and looking at these other reviews 😳 I’m not too sure I’d be coming back to be honest ✋🏼(not even sure why I made a 3rd order) 1sr order no issues just came a day late because i wasn’t in that day. Ive then made my 2nd order with this company on 18th November and didn’t get all my items (only received 1 of 2 items👎🏽) till 14th December (a month later?/no apologies) Recently I’ve made another order (15th February) and again nothing? and just to be given silly £4 coupons from TikTok for items over £40+!? 🥴 I’m not too happy
UPDATE: So almost a week later 21st February I’ve had to contact you guys to then only respond 22nd February to be told “my order is on the way” when on my TikTok tracking as well as my Evri app tracking it states otherwise and that my order is awaiting pick up? You lied 🤥 Now it’s 25th February and still no order or updates to where my stuff is…I’ve gone on TikTok shop and I’m now getting a refund but only for 1 item £15 when I spend £40+ for 3 items??
So I’m really not happy 🤬 that I’m now going to have to get my bank involved because this company fail to send orders in time or at all 🥴 but it’s okay cheers to the £4 TikTok coupon I’ve received 😘🥂

2nd Update: it’s now 4th March still no order (not surprised) I’ve received a refund from my bank as apparently a £4 coupon from a £40 order which I didn’t get is acceptable 🥴 as this company/TikTok haven’t refunded me and today my bank have text me saying “pure and wild has challenged your claim”? So you don’t send my order, don’t give me a refund for my stuff and now your trying get back my £40+ that my bank have given me are you actually joking!? 🤨

Do not order from this company. Disgraceful customer service. Order didn't arrive, rang them 12 times, left 2 voicemails - no reply. Sent 2 emails and 1 submitted through their website - got one reply. Found them on Instagram- sent a message,no reply. Found them on tik tok (an app I didn't have!!) Finally got some responses! No apology for their lack of communication. They "started" my refund process on the 19th December 2024 after much "we will look in to this for you". I told them I was going to report them to trading standards - scam company/not wanting to issue me my refund,the process was actually started on 6th Jan 2025, recieved it on the 14th January 2025 !

Ordered from them at the beginning of July and nothing has arrived. Have sent them 3 emails and have had no reply. I sent a 4th email asking for a refund, yet again, no reply. Shocking company, please do not waste your money

1 star review as I cannot leave 0 stars, absolute scam paid for items 9 days ago and nothing has been shipped, I have tried to contact over multiple platforms and have been ignored, having to go through PayPal to claim a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Don’t trust
Pay with PayPal if you really want to risk it. I have just been refunded by PayPal for a £200 online order on 28th Dec 2023. I tried many times to contact company and received no response.
