Avoid like the plague - appears to be fraud

I ordered 3 bottles of 100% Mevrea Pure Argan Oil - and guess what? They never arrived.

My follow-ups:
- I tried calling their phone number listed on the website, which is disconnected.
- I discussed with their chatbot "Amy Moreau" on their website, which noted that they were just "busy" and could not answer my request.
- I e-mailed their customer service - again, helpfully "Amy Moreau", twice, with no response.

As a solicitor, I then checked the publicly-listed business accounts of their holding company. I concluded that this appears to be a sham company and have contacted all my friends.
