Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service and product. Their website says "YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AT ANY TIME BY EMAILING" I've been emailing them since February and they are ignoring me completely. I can no longer take their product because my doctor said not to. Yet they won't cancel the subscription. If anyone from Pureclinica reads this (although I suspect they wont because they don't care about their customers given they're ignoring me) need to CANCEL Subscription

Very speedy from order to delivery

Customer service do not answer the phone or return calls!
Can not simply pause or cancel orders as order page states. When you try a flag is raised telling you that you have have to receive at least two subscriptions before you can pause further orders!
A few emails later and all amicably sorted

The products seem to do what they say on the label. Orders are delivered promptly as pertheir timetable.

Pureclinica products are such good quality. There are a lots of things out there sold at such low doses they don’t help. I buy 5htp which helps me sleep, and the product is great. Also always arrives very promptly. Definitely recommend Pureclinica.
