Great gym, App, and clean centre.
Been on and off with pure Gym over the years. The new refurbished Bournemouth centre love it, and for the price,. The app is actually one of the best ones I've come across so far.
I try to avoid peak times though, as good as it is to see the place busy, but is the lack of selection of equipment either waiting around or try to come up with an alternative.
But over all, love the gym.

very good in value and flexibility in time open 24/7, however, the class timetable at weekends is not convenient, they should consider giving some time for full-time employees to get some rest at weekends and move the class start time as before 9:30 and 10:00 am.

Good-sized, clean gym with a good vibe
Am loving the Bournemouth Triangle branch so far. A friendly atmosphere matches a hefty space, wide variety of classes, and overall cleanliness. So far, I've used cardio machines, and the open stretching areas, and have had quick access whenever required.

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Just lastly too we understand the importance of cleanliness, this will be reported and dealt with. Thanks, PureGym.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.
If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure all points raised are addressed in club. Thanks, PureGym

We don't have pools/saunas as standard in our gyms as our focus is on providing quality fitness equipment while keeping costs affordable for all members. Thanks, PureGym

They have 3 double cable machines plus 2 other cable machines yet there's 1 set of metal handles 1 set of plastic handles in whole gym and most have no caribeaners to attach anything to cables I've cancelled membership
