We applied student discount code it did not come through the site was slow and repeatedly froze and I have not received my PIN number despite payment having being taken

Manager very welcoming and showed me around facilities. I had already signed up as a guest but the account would not let me upgrade to monthly membership. I therefore had to open account with ease online with a different email address and problem resolved. Overall happy customer.

Love this gym
Love this gym, staff great, plenty of equipment. Downside : 4 stars as no matter the time of day, the ladies changing room though very clean, stinks as toilet extractor fans totally inadequate. It's really offensive on entering/using the changing rooms and I've taken to spraying my own air freshener before changing. Very off putting.

My hands smell of other people's sweat
Great gym, great equipment, the only problem is lack of cleaning supplies/lack of general cleanliness. Everytime I leave the gym, my hands smell like butter from numerous other people's sweat and it's disgusting. If the gym had sanitisation stations or cleaning wipes that would make it a far more appealing gym.

I visited PureGym for the first time
I visited PureGym for an induction today. It was a great experience. Sarah was very helpful and friendly. She listened to what I was looking for and her knowledge was excellent. She was very enthusiastic. Hoping to organise a few pt sessions with her once I have settled in.

Joined Pure Gym at the weekend
Joined Pure Gym at the weekend. Was holding off to find out if there were going to do an Easter Deal for no joining fee. I then joined and then there was a deal. They have very kindly credited me the fee back. My only complaint would be the hairdryers. Would be better if there were proper hairdryers and not ones that you have to keep your finger on all the time. Showers were good. Clean and tidy

That’s me been going for a few weeks…
That’s me been going for a few weeks now and the gym is great staff are always friendly and helpful. It helps having Monique as a personal trainer she keeps me motivated which keeps me going.

Joining perfect, smell is shocking.
Joining process seamless and quick. Entry easy and quick. Biggest regret was not visiting the gym at Giffnock in Glasgow prior to joining. The smell of unwashed bodies in the main gym was terrible, and 10 times worse in the male changing area. Time to invest in extractors or free deodorant.

Excellent gym
Excellent gym. A very good variety of equipment which is well placed . The lighting is soft. The environment is very clean( I would have liked cleaning products),the staff are very helpful. Even at peak times there is no problem parking. The large windows and layout seem to enhance the atmosphere and the workout.
