Staff are amazingly friendly
Staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and readily available, going out of there way to help individuals regardless of there situation. Gym has a friendly and comfortable atmosphere with an everyone’s welcome attitude. Absolutely 5stars all round.

Disappointing to say the least!
I have been a member here since 2022, cancelled my membership in 23 and have never received a refund since. Contacted the email address for customer service and didn’t realize i was now part of a circus act. Spoke with a different person each time to a poor copy and paste responses. I have provided screenshots of proof of cancellation, bank statements, reference numbers, I have had advisors confirm I have no active accounts however can’t locate my payment but can find it to take the money!! still the circus continues with advisors asking the same question. No further am I to getting my refunds. HONESTLY don’t waste your money go JD or else where!!!
Fb, twitter no use same circus.
Forcing me to take the legal action route at this point!.

Great gym
Great gym, quiet enough that I don't feel overwhelmed but busy enough that I can engage in conversation with people nearby. High quality machines, however not too many of them, would like more variety/amounts of equipment (especially dumbells). Overall very good quality gym (ur better than JDgyms but don't tell them I said that, I work for JD 😉)

The Most Ghetto PureGym
This place is a shanty town. Ceiling tiles all punched through or broken, ceiling is actually leaking, the water fountains dont work, the AC doesnt work, place is a sweatbox and you have to walk up two floors to the nearest water point. Machines are outdated with weight markers on them all chipped off so half the time you have to assume what you're lifting and the place in general is just tired. Literally the most ghetto PureGym around, I go to the Woolwich one after work as its close by and they have far more machines and better plates, dumbells etc in far smaller space also so Pure clearly have the money just don't give a stuff about their more rubbish gyms. Going to end my membership as really just can't justify spending £28 a month for frankly a sh*te gym thats clearly not looked after and even cheekier is you've got to pay for parking. Kick in the teeth.

Not enough machines for amount of people in there and maybe needs some repairs but still pretty consistent good machines and great app

Great Gym great classes
Great Gym great classes
This gym is great and there are some great classes however it would be nice to have step in the evenings. There used to be a step class on Tuesday evenings this was great for after work activities and to get the calories burnt.
It would be nice to have a Zumba or Clubercise class in the evenings.
