This company has zero class with their advertising practices. They do re-targeting ads to prey upon your personal health fears to try to sell their crappy supplements. Looking at all these negative reviews, they obviously are trash.

Scammers stole my money refuse to ship dd.and I pay again although they have my money SCAM STAY AWAY

Over 6000 bad reviews! Can we just agree that this company is a SCAM company? I wanted to try one of their products and tried to order one bottle but found there was no option on the page to order one bottle. The only option was to purchase 6. Nowhere could I see there was a automated renewal situation so I was now being charged about $350 on a monthly basis. Why would anyone want a 6 month supply of something every month? But the company later told me that it was the only option. What??? Further, after trying the product, I got sick for about 24 hours. What kind of health product is that. I believe it was the NAC or N Acytal Cysteine in the product to which many people have the same issue. Nausea and vomiting ensued for me. There are more sketchy details I could add to this review but the number of bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau and other places should cover and tell us all we would need to know.

Just got scamed , Recieved and charged $275.00 for a order i did not request . How is the website allowed to function

This company uses spam emails. Beware!

There is no company - this is a total scam - these are the same scammers that send HUNDREDS of porn emails, cbd oil, car insurance etc. They are not a US company and have no employees - it's a 100% con artist scam

Subscription scam. Had a friend who made millions off this type of model. He had all of the metrics regarding the period of time it takes people to discover the reoccurring charges. It's amazing how fast the money roles in. Notice I used past tense regarding my friend.

Scam company. Made one time purchase and they billed my card 1 month later again.

Ordered their product, made sure not to sign up for a subscription just a one time shot. Of course, a month later my charge card was hit for a $100 charge and they shipped out another order. They said they could not refund my order because the order shipped. They said they cancelled the subscription that i never agreed to, only time will tell.

We ordered a product for my husband to try and discovered that the original order was set up to auto-renew !!!! We looked carefully when we first ordered and never saw this option anywhere. BE CAREFUL if you order and do not want an automatic renewal !

I have to say that the way we found out was a phone call from their Customer Service - !! Unbelievable, and I am so grateful for that! He said our order would renew "today," and we are very grateful for this notice because I told him NO WAY, we NEVER requested this and I was not paying for it. It was very reassuring that we received two emails from them confirming the cancellation, and we will be watching my credit card just to be sure.

Perhaps more important, I wanted to change the information they have in my "profile" and apparently there is no way to do that !! There is no way to access either an "account" or a "profile" on their web page. I wanted to make a change and apparently there is NO WAY to do that !!! (per the rep with whom I spoke with on the phone).

ordered joint supplements, which I did not receive. They sent me a message claiming they refunded but I have not received a refund. This is a huge scam. DO NOT Order from them.

Bought product for $39.99 per bottle, charged $79.99 per bottle and customer service are NOT helpful. Struggling to get refund at present. Don't use them.

I am so pissed because this company charged my card $90 last month and $90 yesterday and i never subscribed to this company! I am reporting them to the BBB and to my bank for fraudulent charges

Ordered the Blood Sugar for the 3rd time. The post office lost the package. After several days, I received the package only to find the supplement was not the right color. Had been in heat (90 degrees each day) and or on a mail truck for 4 days. Called to let the company know about the compromise. The discoloration. They wanted me to send a picture. I could not do this as my printer was not working. The girl I talked too said they would send a replacement. I never got an E-Mail of them sending a replacement and I never got a replacement. They kept the money that they received for the 3 bottles. I called my credit card company and put in a dispute. Never heard from either of them. Will be looking for another company. Really liked the product and it was ideal for me as I have Type 2 diabetes, cholesterol, and high blood pressure. My doctor told me the product was not enough and put me back on my medication along with the product. Was hoping to get off the meds and keep just the product and thyroid medication. Sadly, I will have to find another supplement in order to get off the medications.

I ordered Keto Products from them on 5/7/2020. I never received the products; however, they kept the payment of $117.00. This is an absolute fraud. There is a phone number given and I tried it. That's a fake too. T\A recording keeps listing items you should buy such as car insurance. If you keep pressing the # key they hang up on you.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I bought the toe nail fungus caps in September 2019. I gave it a hell of of shot and bought 6 months worth cuz I have no insurance. Before all this covid crap I sent them back in Jan/Feb after speaking to customer service. He only told me to send my receipt and gave me the address to send them to. I put his name and receipt in the ORIGINAL box JUST LIKE HE TOLD ME and sent it back. Still no refund!! NOW they say I need to give them MY TRACKING number, which I paid for btw, on the package I sent back. NO WHERE on their site do they stipulate that! I screen shot what it says. Their customer service rep didn't even give me any return numbers which IS stated on their site. How convenient to claim something works and give a one year guaretee, only to find out they have a FRAUDULENT GUARANTEE Greedy jerks

I have Filed a Complaint with the FTC a which is the FBI only for Consumers
I have also Filed a Complaint with the Better Business Bureaus and All Credit Bureaus.
Also with Pay Pal
They are Lying about sending out their product and Our Keeping The Money !
This is “ROBBERY “ punishable by JAIL
I hope they Catch these Perpetrators !
I will continue to Go After them till I receive my money or They Go to Jail

I placed an order on 23 December 2019 and today is 5 February 2020 but I am still waiting for it to arrive! My tracking search repeatedly shows No Results! I don't know what has been going on. I will wait for a few more days to see what happens. And then I will write an update here.
