Easy to claim and prompt payment.
My Staffordshire bull terrier is only 3 years old but has had 2 bouts of really bad diarrhoea and bleeding badly, he had to be hospitalised! The insurance company was great, I couldn’t believe how quickly they paid the vets.O.K.our renewal premium has gone up but that’s expected, worth paying for peace of mind.

Absolutely terrible insurance company
Absolutely terrible insurance company. Had been with them for several years and made a claim after my dog had an accident falling down the stairs. They refused to pay out even after the vets informed them of what happened. They are happy to take your money and not pay out. Avoid them at all costs!

This was a renewal for my dog and I knew it would go up as I had made a couple of claims in the previous year probably just under a thousand pounds , I was somewhat shocked to see my price and almost doubled from £60 a month to £116 per month, that is some increase yes my dog is 13 , yes I’ve claimed but only because she had an eye condition that cost about £800 now fully resolved, but this company is no different to any other pet insurance companies claim and the price goes up , swap companies it may be cheaper but you aren’t covered for pre existing conditions so you have no choice. The company do pay out when you make a claim there is no quibble and it’s easy to do all be it it does take a bit longer than a previous company I used for my other dog. Claiming in line is easy to do.
