I don’t often leave reviews but feel this time it is well and truly justified. We had several areas of mould growth in difficult to reach parts of our house so I contacted Pure Maintenance. Right from the start I was given plenty of information, Ellis answered my numerous questions quickly and comprehensively and I booked a date. The day before they were due to start I got cold feet over the idea of fogging and spoke to Sam in the office. He talked me through the procedure and all other options for dealing with the mould, and I felt fully reassured. Tim arrived the next day helpful and friendly, full of knowledge and patience. We left him to it. His work was thorough and extensive, and we returned to a warm, hygienic, sparkling house! He left us a hydrometer, advice on how to maintain a mould free home, and his contact details in case of query. The next day I received a detailed report with humidity readings, photos, and recommendations specific to our property. The service we’ve received from this company is second to none. They are totally professional and a delight to deal with. I absolutely, without a doubt, recommend Pure Maintenance.

Pure Maintenance treated our loft after water and mould damage after water got in during a reroof job on our house. They were incredibly professional and friendly. On the day they carried out the work they were thorough and efficient and were brilliant at keeping me updated and explaining everything. I would definitely hire them again.

We had Matthew from Pure Maintenance UK attend our property on Monday to treat our damp. He did a fantastic job, kept us updated and answered every question I had (which was quite a few).

He informed us of every step that would take place, and have us lots of information to help prevent the damp from returning. He also left us with a hydrometer to keep track of the humidity

A hugely impressive company. My 3-bedroom tenanted property was badly affected by mould through condensation. From the moment I contacted Pure Maintenance I was given lots of helpful information and advice, both spoken and in the form of charts and help sheets. Tim and Jonathan did the job, were very friendly, and kept me informed before, during and after. The company's post-job report is admirably thorough and full of excellent recommendations, readings and photos. Immensely helpful. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. It's true that I never wish to see mould again, but this company would be my immediate first choice, every time. Top marks!

Professional service with attention to detail. The process was carried out efficiently by a very helpful and experienced operative(Sam) who did a really thorough job. Everything was so much better after he was finished. The company weren't happy with the lab results so came back a couple of weeks later to check again and this time the levels had dropped, as they thought they would, and we were given a clean bill of health. I would thoroughly recommend Pure Maintenance to anyone with a mould problem.

Efficient and helpful booking team. Technician on the day was great - knowledgeable and clear. Managed expectations and explained what was in warranty and what wasnt. The mould has certainly gone so so far so good.
Not five stars for two reasons
1) it is very expensive. It is worthwhile given health impact etc but it really does cost quite a bit. Will see 6 months down the line how things are 2) the report could have done a better job to explain if the mould we had was an issue.

Rory from pure maintenance was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He arrived punctually and was able to quickly identify the cause of the mould before treating and killing it. We would not hesitate to use them again if we faced future issues and would specifically recommend Rory!

Really pleased with the result and the plan given to help prevent the mould ever coming back. The technician Jonathan arrived on time and did a very professional job removing the mould through the house.

Rory was efficient kind and was very knowledgeable.

The company is great to deal with, fast, sympatethic.
They came quickly and treated my entire flat, plus removed the mould stains in the bathroom.
They kept me informed during the whole process.
I only remove a star because to benefit from the 1year warranty you must use their additional painting service (£300+) if you wish to redocate, and buy a fan they recommend (£129).
With that said they did remove all the stains so I did not need to buy their painting services.

I contacted Pure Maintenance with regards to a rental property which was showing signs of mould.
From the point of contact to the point of completion, everything was very professionally handled, customer contact was excellent, thorough explanations and instructions were given and I received an honest opinion to the cause as soon as I sent some images.

On 30.01.2024 Pure Maintenance used their dry fog treatment on the breathable membrane of our loft to eradicate the mould. From initial contact to completion of the job they were professional, helpful, thorough and I would highly recommend them. Special thanks to Adam Turner, and to Richard who treated the loft. Richard was very thorough, respected our home, and was extremely patient and polite.

As a property professional with over a decade of experience I highly recommend both the company and the product for exceptional service, advice, quality and ease. The entire experience was smooth and professional and although I don’t make recommendations I have no hesitation in making one for Pure Maintenance from a personal perspective, as they worked in my home.

Pure maintenance was very professional from start to finish, Johnathan was very polite and helpful,he arrived on time and explained everything he was going to do throughout the day ,and gave me updates as well,I now feel the mould is under control,a job very well done,I would recommend this company if you have a mould problem 👍

I have been seriously ill for what seems like forever now with something doctors could not seem to find a cause for, it got really serious 7 months ago resulting in me being off work with long term sickness. Eventually I realised the cause of my illness was mould in my home so I did a lot of research on how to take the first step of remediating the mould and the clear option was Pure Maintenance.

Yesterday my house was treated and from the beginning of the process Pure Maintenance has been amazing. Nick has been great in the booking process and run up to the treatment, answering my questions (regardless of how ridiculous they were) confidently and reassuringly. Matt on the day was fantastic, again patient with my million questions, putting my mind at ease and explaining the whole process in detail and with clear passion for what he does. I had a slight wobble today and called the office and they clarified details, again making me feel like my questions were valid and made me confident that everything is going to be ok and with the peace of mind that I can know it is dealt with and I can now focus on getting my health back on track.

I am now just over 24hrs in my treated home and I already think I am starting to feel a change in my health which blows my mind. Knowing CEO Sam has first hand experience of what I am dealing with and the obvious passion he has to deal with what is a hidden and not well enough understood issue in this country cemented my decision to book with these guys and that passion runs through the team in their understanding of the health implications and also sharing suggestions for products and advice above and beyond their remit.

All through the process communication has been clear, the information provided has been easy to understand which when you have mould toxicity and the brain fog, memory issues etc. that come with it is essential.
