Please do not trust for this brand. They are big fraud. A big shame on small business community. We as Indians think of giving them an opportunity to prosper than the big brands but eventually we are only fooled. Pure Tribe India
1. Has a fancy misleading website with false commitment.
2. Get film stars promote their clothing on Instagram which is another scam.
3. Workers issues all the time
4. Stop answering and block customers
5. Get money from customers after giving big discounts on festivals and never deliver the product.

Pure Tribe India, remember one thing-
This is our hard earned money which we invest by trusting your brand. You will not be at peace with this and almighty will punish you in some or the other way.
I will try my best to escalate this and raise in consumer court. We tag you as cheaters & Liars.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the owner keeps delaying with excuses and stops responding after a point. Every time I reach out, I’m told it’s “coming soon,” but nothing ever arrives. It’s been months of false promises.

This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. I’ve been extremely patient, but now I’m warning others — do not trust this brand with your money.

I have all the payment proofs, order confirmations, and chat history showing how badly this was handled.

I will be escalating this legally and filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and Cyber Crime Portal if I don’t receive a resolution immediately.

UPDATE 30 April 2026: As mentioned earlier, I have now formally filed a complaint on the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal. Acknowledgement Number 21904260058779. Razorpay fraud complaint also filed. Total amount defrauded is INR 27494 across two undelivered orders. Payas Shukla, Studio by Payas Shukla, DLF Phase 2 Gurgaon, is now under formal investigation.
