This is the 2nd time I deal with this company and I am pleased to say that their excellence continues. From the time you set foot in their showroom to the time your appliance is delivered/fitted they treat you like a valued customer. I understand this is a family business yet they are able to compete with giant electrical retailers from whom you do not get the service you deserve

Phoned to confirm delivery, arrived within time allocated, efficient fitting and cleared all packaging and rubbish. Polite, helpful and knowledgeable about other products we wish to buy. Thank you, Grant and Dayton.

Fantastic in shop service and info when purchasing a new fridge-freezer on Saturday. Staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all the different brands. We were greeted instantly when entering the shop, other companies could learn from this! Delivery was today first thing, amazing. It's not an easy path to our door but there were no complaints from them or us. Will return to Purewell for all our electrical purchases in future.

Our fridge freezer had died, went to Purewell who pulled out all the stops and delivered next day. Great service, terrific choice of products and the installation team could not have been more helpful.

I went to buy a Bosch washing machine yesterday and it was installed today. Fantastic service in the store and I cannot praise the two lovely men enough who came to install it. This is customer service that is first class. I would highly recommend Purewell and would certainly go to them in the future for other items. Thank you very much from a happy customer!

From shop visit to delivery and fitting, everything about the experience was excellent. We knew the dishwasher we wanted and our Sales assistant, David, was helpful and informative and when he offered us a next day delivery and fitting, we jumped at it. The delivery was within the 4 hour window set and Grant and Dayan fitted our dishwasher in spite of hitting some difficulties removing old one. They worked in a clean, tidy way, were informative about the process and product and spent a few minutes explaining how to operate it.

I recently purchased a Panasonic tv from Purewell Electrical and it was installed today on a wall mounted bracket and I have to say the experience both talking to Dean (sales) and the two installers ( sorry forget their names) was a pleasure,can’t thank them enough absolutely brilliant.Will certainly be using Purewell Electrical again!

My old fridge freezer was taken down stairs and a larger American-style fridge freezer was safely moved to my first floor flat with a positive can-do attitude despite doors needing to be taken off and a third person called in to help.
The delivery was completed thoughtfully and professionally with care taken of the goods and my property without a mark being left anywhere.

Helpful staff, not at all pushy.

I needed a vacuum cleaner and Kettle. Kevin at the Somerford branch helped me find exactly what I needed.

Very helpful person, sensible prices and the kettle was on offer so I got really good value for money.

We have been customers of Purewell Electrical for eons. I contacted them this morning for just a part and as ever their helpfulness, efficiency and sheer niceness (their David on this occasion) was just exemplary. We cannot speak highly enough of them.

Great install, very thorough!

I took a long time reviewing TVs to decide which one to buy and opted for the Sony Bravia X85K, brilliant picture, lovely sound, easy to set up and ease of ordering and speedy delivery. Would recommend both the TV and Purewell.

I ordered all appliances for my new kitchen via David Brock at Purewell, Christchurch. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, organised and efficient. The delivery men from Purewell were very nice too; they delivered everything very carefully, were helpful and rang me afterwards to check all was well.
All in all the service they all gave was excellent and it all went very smoothly. I would recommend them all wholeheartedly to anyone needing anything for their home.
