The absolute best online knitting/yarn and other craft products website and their customer service is always helpful with pattern questions, product questions, and they stick little gifts/samples in your orders sometimes. The sales are great and the product selection is incredible. They allow you to return items within a specified time too. Great free patterns and knitting patterns for purchase. Have been using their website for many many YEARS. LOVE PURL SOHO!!!

My yarn is absolutely gorgeous and feels so very dreamy. I ordered the naturally black Simply Alpaca, Cashmere Merino Bloom and 2 colors of Simply Yak, also all natural colors. The web page is easy to order from. In the past the customer service was outstanding in trying to match a yarn for me.
They also sent samples of Linen Quill, Cotton Pure and their sashiko thread (in 2 orders)! All yarn is of high quality and worth every penny.

Awesome customer service support. I made a mistake in the number of yarn skeins I needed on my order. I emailed them and they answered very quickly with a very generous solution! Also, they have beautiful yarn.

Shipping was fairly quick. The Plein Air base is lovely to knit with.

Great instructions. Yarn is really gorgeous and soft.

Descriptions on the website are complete and accurate. The gauge is spot on, the color is right and the yarn is top quality. The wool is so soft I thought it must be cotton. A burn test confirmed it is wool.

Beautiful quality yarn, fast delivery.

I was seduced by the beautiful black alpaca whose photo featured with the yarn - and the yarn does not disappoint. However, it's very fine, the needles are small and the linen stitch is compressed knitting. Black is difficult to work with at night! This will be a very slow knit. It may be the only item I will knit in the next 6 months! But it will certainly be an heirloom.
