After a disastrous beginning, Purl Soho is bending over backwards to solve my problem with the twisted yarns. They have to be rewound before using, which I did not know, and they are sending me rewound versions of the yarn I had purchased, along with a refund. That is very generous, and I heartily recommend them and their products. The yarns are beautiful and true to color.

I LOVE PurlSoho!! They have a fairly diverse range of yarn fibers and weights. I only knit animal fiber, so I can’t speak to their plant based yarns. That said, they have lovely, wonderful animal fiber yarns in so many textures. One of their yarns is called Note, which I ADORE!! It’s extra fine merino and baby alpaca. If that wasn’t yummy enough, they have sets called Nine-Note bundles. It’s nine skeins of note in an Ombré range, from the very lightest to the richest dark. You’ve GOT to check them out. Also shout out to their Knitting Yarn DK!! Again with the merino, but this one they also sell On a Cone, which is enough to make a great blanket. Check out their free patterns!!

The experienced staff have helped me find the correct yarn for the pattern I have chosen and after the yarn was out of stock told me how to ask to be notified when they have it back in stock. I have asked for help several times and they always respond!

I have always had a good experience shopping at Purl Soho. The yarn is beautiful, the patterns are lovely and easy to follow, the prices are reasonable.

The best yarn and some great free patterns. My only wish is that they were less expensive. Definitely high quality though.

My order or Serif and Cotton Pure arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I'm knitting and enjoying the Chamomile Blanket--three cheers to the genius who came up with the no-turn bobble variation!! Fast service and the yarn is a rich color and feels great. I love knitting with it and it has some give for cotton.

Always there for you. I placed an order on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I thought I had checked everything before I hit send. I had not. When the email receipt arrived (very quickly) I saw that I hadn’t changed the color for my little nest bag. I quickly sent an email in a panic to customer service hoping they would see it early on Tuesday after the holiday and be able to correct it. Samantha responded quickly on Sunday assuring me I would receive the correct colors and explaining how they would process it. What a sense of relief.
I also had a knitting question which I sent in a separate email a bit earlier. The answer was included in the same email.
I could not believe someone was answering emails and correcting orders on a holiday weekend.

I made a mistake and didn't get enough yarn. I needed one more skein, and Purl Soho was kind enough to refund my shipping for that one skein, plus they tracked me down to check the dye lot number.
Plus.. their yarn is SO lovely!
