Worst of all delivery company which I ever seen. Everything is disgusting. I received packages by Purolator 4 times, and they never delivered package by one time. They always find reason to not deliver package, and always run away without any notice, no phone calls, no stickers, no email. And when you're understand that package won't be delivered you start to call or chat with them. Chat it like they were 15 years ago, answer only on very simple questions and always drop chat. When you call them, similar quality robot answers, and you have to say him 10 times that you want to speak with agent. And after 1 hr of wating time you speak with agent, provide to agent all information which they had before, and may be next business day, you won't be in washroom when package is arrive you'll get it. They don't wait more than 30 seconds.
I discuss with shipper change delivery company.
Don't recommend to use them for delivery to everyone.

Had an email message from Purolator at 8 this morning, "package will be delivered today. " 8:30 tonight got a message from them, "unable to deliver package due to bad weather. Will try again tomorrow. " it was sunny and clear across all of Southern Ontario today. Package coming from Etobicoke to Port perry. I don't get it 😕 And the bonus to this story is that one of their large vans was on my street at 4:30 today! I guess that driver didn't get the weather warning. Just an update, I was supposed to receive another package today. I went to tracking. The number that PUROLATOR provided doesn't exist. Gotta love it. Just another update to this ongoing saga with this crap company. I ordered the same part yesterday, from a different vendor with a different courier. It arrived today, as promised. Purolator tracking says there's won't arrive for another 6 days, from about an hour away. Hey, Purolator, smarten up!!! Read what all of these people are saying and do something about it. Never mind the stupid responses. People don't need to hear from a social media coordinator, they need you to fix your company.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve never written a review before, but this has to stop. I don’t understand why stores continue to use Purolator when they’re the worst courier service in Canada. I have never once received a package from them on time or delivered to my home!! Their customer service never answers the phone. Writing this now with no idea where my package is or when it will arrive.
Avoid Purolator at all costs!

Would give 0 star if I could. My package has been with them since February 19th and they have not delivered it. ANOTHER day and my delivery is being delayed due to bad weather? It’s not bad weather out. It’s 3 degrees out right now

Never ever had a good experience with this company before or after the pandemic, always want to forego using their service, but some companies use them all the time without question. I would rather not order from a company that uses their service at all if need be with how unreliable they are. If this company goes bankrupt from their own ineptitude, I would not be surprised.
You can be sitting outside all day in good weather and the van will whizz past your house, then send a weather delay message. This company can rot for all I care.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purolator delivery is the WORST - BAR NONE - delivery service and I wish they would either overhaul their drivers or just give upand sell out. We live in a semi rural area and at the least sign of inclement weather - even just rain - they will not deliver packages. If they do, they leave them at the bottom of our long driveway in the rain or snow or, even worse, by the mailbox at the side of the road! Often they say 'no one was home' when we are all retired and home all day AND have a 'signature not required' barcode on our door. I cannot express enough how bad their service is. We get deliveries from Firefly, GLS, Amazon, UPS, Fedex and more with literally no problem. It's absolutely ridiculous how terrible their drivers are. I wish businesses would stop using them and we can then finally get our packages again!

I am extremely disappointed with Purolator’s service. Three separate times, the tracking was updated to “delivery attempted” or “not delivered,” even though we were home the entire day. No doorbell, no knock, no phone call — nothing. It’s very frustrating to wait for important packages only to see a false delivery attempt notification.
This feels careless and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t have to rearrange their schedules or chase down packages because drivers don’t properly attempt delivery. I expect much better reliability and honesty from a courier company.
I would not recommend Purolator based on this experience.

For the fourth time in 12 months, Purolator cannot find my house, despite Canada Post and all other carriers having no problem. I have asked Purolator to add a correction to their map system, they have failed to do so. And when you get the dreaded "Address Correction Required" notification, you can look forward to 45 minutes + wait time on hold to explain your address to them.

Package stuck for 13+ days with repeated “weather delay” excuses while conditions are perfectly normal in my area. Multiple follow-ups with customer service led nowhere — no clear updates, no accountability, no delivery. Extremely frustrating experience and not reliable for time-sensitive shipments.

Twice in two weeks Purolator tried to deliver packages and did not leave a notice. These packages contained medications and medical supplies. I received no tracking numbers and had to wait until business hours to contact the shipper. I will never use this company and will lodge complaints about them to my shippers who will, I hope, change companies

I frequently order things from Amazon and purolator loses packages, misdirects them or just leaves them sitting at the depot without any movement at all. They are not a courier at all. More like snail mail. I have waited 14 days now for a package and it is still not here.
This package is not international, it simply had to come from ontario to bc. It is pathetic that they call themselves a courier company. Stay away from ordering through them if you don't have to.

Have a package that was supposed to be delivered February 19. Of course that doesn't happen. Then they post that it's delayed due to weather. Which is crap, the roads are all open, clear and no issues. Then I called customer support. Told them I'll just pick up the package since it's been in Regina for 2 days. They tell me that's not an option. They can change it for pickup, but that takes days to go through. Quickest way is when it goes for delivery. The next day I look online. Still not eta for delivery. Says it's still in Regina, no updates. I checked again 2 hours later and all of a sudden it says out for delivery, then a delivery attempt with no recipient available. So no attempt was even made, no notice left. Now I call back, pissed off that this is such a nightmare. I'm told they'll attempt a redeliver in 4 days! This is ridiculous. It's already late. Now it's been changed to be delivered to one of their "pick up location" in 3-5 days. So my package will be late a week. What's the point in using this courier, paying a premium for faster delivery when this is the garbage they pull. Even Canada Post is better than these guys and that's setting the bar very low. I would never give these guys a penny.

Flowers delivered were left outside in -24 weather. Courier driver did not text or call when delivery was made, as well they did not ring the doorbell or knock notifying the recipient of the delivery. Proof is on the doorbell cam. She dropped the package took a picture and left. I believe this driver left these flowers in her vehicle overnight.

I was contacted by Purolator after leaving a bad review. I sent a video proving the driver did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door.
I got a reply back saying that Purolator does not offer heated services and that it’s WINTER.

For starters they don’t deserve a 1.
This is the worse experience I’ve ever had with a delivery company, it’s surprising they’re able to keep a company running with the kind of service they have.
I ordered lacquer from Dartmouth, NS on Tuesday, the truck picked it up around 4pm that evening and here it is Thursday morning at 9:30 and still nothing, still have a notice that they stopped delivery because of bad weather from last evening which there wasn’t .
Needless to say , never again will these people get my business.Hopefully people will see these reviews and go elsewhere.
