Purchased a knitting pattern which was dispatched the same day and I received it 2 days later - excellent, no problems, hassle free 😊

I must say that my experience was excellent... I recieved an e.mail from purplelinda saying my delivery was delayed as she was waiting to send me all the same dye lot of yarn... 2 days later it was delivered. The yarn is beautiful,Royal mail delivery,so handed to me in perfect condition. Will definitely order from her again !!

Comms appalling. Though order described as despatched 4 days after the order date, it wasn't shown as received by Royal Mail for 10days - the day after I emailed to say I would contact Paypal for a refund! Goods finally arrived and were satisfactory. A full disclosure on the length of time postage will take should be on the website. I won't be using again.

I've bought tools for both knitting and crochet from Purplelinda crafts for a few years now. And I keep coming back. Purple linda has tools that I've not seen anywhere else. My latest purchase of Tunisian crochet hooks bring a prime example and they were a brilliant price.

Completely agree with all the terrible reviews of this company. I had a bad experience with them a year ago but thought it would be a one off so I gave them another chance.
But it’s the same nonsense again. They blame their supplier and evri but wouldn’t even update me about delays till I chased them. What did they expect after nearly a month of placing an order? That I would just forget I placed an order with them and they’d keep my money?
They do respond to emails though and I have now been told I will get a refund. I will wait and see.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are either just completely disorganised or are deliberately tricking people into believing they have the stock.

I ordered a selection of hooks at a great price. Arrived well packaged in a couple of days. I am very happy with them!

Received order within 10 days and all good.i did email because I created an account and yet my order was not in my account.the only complaint i would have is no reply to emails,would of liked a reply.other than that happy with my purchase and prices were good too.would use again

Didn't read any reviews before I ordered. Good service,items arrived on time ,well packaged. No problems.

Tried to purchase and would nor complete purchase. Deleted info. But they retained my email address anyway. They are now harassing me to complete the order. Do not respond to email replies. Useless. Will not try again.

My first time ordering from Purplelindacrafts. Ordered a large selection of yarn and other accessories from Linda for a craft project. Communication was quick and helpful and although Linda advised me that an item was awaiting stock, my entire order was dispatched and delivered safety and well packaged within a week. She even included a free crafting gift!

Superb service. I’m so pleased I ordered from Purplelindacrafts despite the other negative reviews here.

Saw the reviews after buying and was worried.

My order came quickly and everything was fine!

I ordered via the website and chose tracking for delivery. I received an order confirmation but no tracking arrived. Despite emailing I have had no response. There is no contact number or social media, I tried through Pinterest which they have linked to the website but they have messaging disabled. Probably because they'll get too many complaints. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and raised a dispute which I'm getting a refund for, but not for the delivery so I'm £3.99 out of pocket. I wish I'd done my due diligence before and checked reviews.

Ignored emails still waiting 2 weeks after placing order as a regular customer disservice will not purchase again fighting for a refund

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. …no telephone number. E.mails never responded to. (I sent 5) ……no shipping confirmation . Thank god I paid with PayPal who gave them a well deserved butt-kick and the shipping info was sent to me. ……only dispatched on day of PayPal involvement though. I would never recommend this supplier to anyone. Hopeless, rude and a complete waste of time.

I am so upset! They owe me over £40 after returning my wool through the post office which was delivered back to them and tracked within days. I have emailed them several times to chase this up but they simply ignored everyone of them. You can’t ring them and have a chat, this is simply appalling and they need investigating. I’m going to try and get advice and report them to Trading Standards.

I have received the confirmation of order quickly. Then I will became 3 weeks nothings. After mail no reply of my order status . I contact my bank and became fortunately
my money back. Be careful with the company. Take money no goods.

These people are complete scammers. Unfortunately, I haven't read the reviews before buying yarn from them; it's just that I have never had such a shocking experience. I bought 4 last balls of yarn at the beginning of January (2024). By the end of the month there were no notifications of dispatch, no delivery and my 4 or 5 polite messages were ignored. There is no working phone number and they don't read the emails. I asked for a cancellation and refund 3 or 4 times. Meanwhile I asked my bank for a chargeback and reported Purpelinda Crafts to the Trading Standards via Citizens Advice Bureau. Purpelinda had a cheek to write to say they have issues with "them suppliers", which was utter nonsense as when I was buying the yarn it was in stock. Eventually, my bank gave me the money back. Please avoid them.
