I visited your store recently with my child to look for a few Christmas gifts, and it was not a pleasant experience.
Issues Observed
Pricing: Your products are far too expensive for the average customer.
Staff Conduct: The staff were ignorant and unpleasant. For what should be a holistic shop, the atmosphere felt unprofessional, including audible arguments between employees.
Customer Treatment: My child was followed by a member of staff, which made both of us feel extremely uncomfortable. My child was under my supervision at all times.
Outcome: We left the store because this awful treatment is unacceptable.
Overall Concern
This is not the first time people have complained about these issues. Your shop is not family-friendly, especially towards families with children.
I am very disappointed and concerned about the authenticity of your TripAdvisor reviews, which appear to be fraudulent "bot" reviews.
