Worst customer service ever ordered a pair of jean short sent me a pair of pants customer service took two days to respond. Shorts were sold out. Wanted to issue me a refund but not for shipping

Went into the Harpenden shop to buy some clothes for my boyfriends birthday - I was given advice by a lovely chap called Gio who helped me choose some nice pieces. My boyfriend LOVED THEM so I will definitely be coming back!

I have tried to get myself removed from their mailing list several times - online and over the phone. But still I am regularly texted about sales. I would really like to get myself removed from them spamming me and wasting my time.

Ordered on 1st of Feb. Was charged £7.90 delivery. Order arrived 6 days later. Items were too big so requested a returns label. Posted on 11 of Feb and still waiting for an acknowledgement of return on the 18th, a week later. It says on website up to 10 days for refund . My order was for £42, I’ve been charged about 28% Of the order total for delivery, so from start to finish I’m going to potentially wait over a month for a refund?. Not great customer service really.

Was greeted as I walked into the shop in Harpenden. Very polite and helpful staff. Very knowledgable and assisted with picking out an outfit, great environment with music playing and able to get a coffee within the shop whilst you’re shopping. Great service from walking in the door to leaving. Thanks Purple Menswear, shall definitely be returning
