awful vibrator but brill customer service!
Bought a vibrator for £7.99, when we received it it was unbelievabley loud that we just could not use it...and lets just say.... it ruined our night!! :( However i did get a full refund once i cleaned the toy and returned it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!........ prob not the best thing to suggest a customer to do but hey!

I am sorry the item you ordered wasn't up to the quality you should expect,but I am glad our customer service department dealt with it properly.
I thought there is something I should clear up to ensure there is no misunderstandng.
When we ask customers to clean an item up for returning it is simply so that when we receive it back, our staff can quickly process and check it. Once that is done it is put aside to be returned to our supplier. If we have to give an item a thorough clean before we test it then this can delay things.

A bit disappointing but very cheap !
When buying this it arrived within 2 days which was really good ! It came with batteries included and 3 types of lube.
However the product is too hard and a little uncomfortable. But for the price i suppose its a good buy.
Dont get me wrong i still manged to enjoy it a little ;)
I will definatly return to Purple Pleasures again though :)

They got it wrong
The product was illustrated with the wrong picture on the web site which was of course a bit misleading. The product however was as described and was recieved without delay. After my order I noticed the product was removed from the site so the seller must have realised the error. It would not put me off using the company again.
