Poor quality item and bad customer service
I bought a pair of over-bump maternity trousers from this company. They arrived in good time and were a good fit and very comfortable. Unfortunately, around a month after I received them and approximately 4-5 wears just lounging around the house, the seams started to come apart - there were multiple small holes around some of the seams. I'm not sure whether this was down to the stitching or the material quality itself but definitely a fault as the trousers were not tight and I hadn't exactly done anything strenuous in them, and only washed them in accordance with the label instructions. This is clearly poor quality so I contacted Purpless via the email on their website.
I requested a refund or replacement on the basis that the item was faulty, of poor quality and had not lasted anywhere as long as a reasonable person would expect it to. Purpless informed me that they were "unable" to do anything since I had not reported any fault on receipt and apparently the fact that I had worn the item meant that it was not faulty on delivery so they had no liability(!). When I asked if they reasonably expected their items to last more than a few wears they had no answer for that, and just kept repeating that there was nothing they could do (clearly they just didn't want to do anything).
This is terrible customer service and I would never recommend this company or buy anything from them again. It is disappointing because I'd have happily accepted a replacement item and the trousers were very comfortable at a late stage of pregnancy.

Unfortunately the fault that has occurred was not caused by the manufacturer therefore we weren't able to claim compensation from our service provider and we could not offer you a reimbursement. We are always happy to help, however in this situation we could not do anything.
The material that the trousers are made out of is susceptible to wear and tear.

Very happy with the dresses I brought
I purchased one dress initially to see what the quality/size was like and I was happy with it given the price. Then ordered 7 more dresses which were all various styles and colours. Was really happy with them all and no issues with any of them. At less then £15 each they were great value for money. Would definitely recommend the company and if I need more dresses during maternity I would definitely buy from them.

Terrible service and even worse quality
Purchased a maternity top on eBay which arrived faulty (reported within 24 hours). I've tried to return it but they are the least helpful company I've ever dealt with. Terrible customer service. My advice is to avoid as they seem unable or unwilling to help fix a faulty product!
