My Puzzlethal experience was horrible
Hate that I can not give this company a "0" star rating.
I am a Puzzlethal verified buyer (Order #PLT00006275YM2311) Spending money for Puzzlethal merchandise is the worst buying decision I have ever made. My order arrived late, incomplete and the quality was not as represented on the Puzzlethal website. Puzzlethal refuses to issue a refund, and their customer service responses are boilerplate language asking for my patience and understanding. Based upon my Puzzlethal experience, I would prefer to give this company a "0", if I could. I would never make another purchase from this company.
The above is. in part, a review posted on TrustPilot earlier this year. There is no way for me to post it on the Puzzlethal website. They have deactivated my customer login credentials. Do NOT spend money with this company!

I ordered puzzles for family members for Christmas and they sent the wrong puzzle. I contacted them and they said they would send the correct one. My sister did receive her puzzle 2 months later. I am glad they were able to send the correct puzzle. All customer service is via email and they were responsive.

Did not receive for two months but Sophia was very responsive to all my inquiries.

I left a one star review bc I ordered this on November 23rd 2023 and it still hadn't arrived by January 20th. I had no way of contacting them. The last I heard was that they shipped it on December 21st 2023. The tracking number that I was given said that it was coming from CA. contacted my credit card and told them that I wanted my money back. Who ever is behind this company is not reliable. I received the puzzle yesterday. I give it 2 stars bc it was shipped from a private party from NJ. Not sure of the quality or if all pieces are in the box. My son is going to put it together and I will be able to review further. I'm not sure if I will give a higher rating for the fact that it took over 2 months and the original tracking was from CA and it actually came from NJ from private person. And when I tried to email them they had blocked me.

I ordered a puzzle AND frame on Nov 21st for my son's Christmas gift for $132.51 total. They sent me tracking on Dec 19th and I FINALLY received the puzzle on Jan 2nd but NOT THE FRAME which was $67.99. When I inquired, they told me the puzzle and frame would ship separately, which I completely understand, HOWEVER, I've repeatedly asked them to provide a tracking number for the frame and they have not replied. I cannot locate a phone number, so all I can do is continue to send them emails which go unanswered. I haven't even opened the puzzle to inspect the quality because it is supposed to be a gift. On their website in the Shipping Policy, it says "if your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us and you're able to get a full refund or a replacement order for free."
I've requested tracking, I've requested a replacement, and I've requested a refund, AND ALL REQUESTS HAVE GONE UNANSWERED!!!!!!

Ordered puzzle for Christmas gift on Dec 5th, after shipping it was $79. Their website says they ship in 24-48 hours and up to 15 days for shipping. As it approached Christmas and still not yet shipped, I emailed the company and they said if it didn't get there before Christmas they would issue $5 refund. It shipped on Christmas, no refund and it is now Jan 7th and still no puzzle

I had to get my money back from PayPal. Fake website

Paid for expedited shipping and it took three weeks. Puzzle box is cheap and only opened by prying open the bottom. Header at the top says “mysterious puzzle” Resolution from puzzlethal was a small credit, between 5 and 10 dollars for eighty spent on a gift I am nervous to give

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered an item from their website as I saw an ad on Instagram. Wanted to get this as a Christmas present for a friend. I ordered almost two weeks before Christmas and they never told me that my item wouldn't arrive for Christmas. Once I found this out on Dec 22, and before the item shipped, isent an email to cancel the order and refund my money as it was not going to be here in time and I already replaced the gift for that person. They informed me that I could only get $4 back and that they already shipped the item. My item was worth over $50. This doesnt seem like enough for the inconvenience they cause me! Also, convenient that when I complain they ship the item?! And I get an email immediately after I complained that they shipped the order. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I still have not received my order! There are other LEGIT companies that make everything they make. Save yourself a headache.

I ordered on November 13th! 2 weeks later I received an email stating that my order had been shipped, since then they haven't been able to tell me anything! Tracking number doesn't work, they blame everything on logistics! Can't or won't tell me where it shipped from and basically can't keep up with the demands of the business! So maybe quit taking everyone's money until its shipped and you can verify that! Its ridiculous to do that to people!!
Update....
It is now January 8th 2024 and still no puzzle! Almost 2 months! After continuous emails back and forth with the worst, most rude customer service ive ever had I finally had enough of playing games with this place and requested a refund, they then out of nowhere came up with a 2nd tracking number and said I signed for my puzzle on 12/15 !! I seriously couldn't believe what they were trying to do. Mind you ive been in constant contact with my post office, checked with my neighbors, the whole nine yards. I never received anything. After explaining all this to them they offer to send another puzzle only if I pay shipping costs of $10 and remove this review! So luckily I paid through PayPal and I contacted them which through them we emailed the owner I guess, he did respond to apologize for my poor service basically and said he had someone from customer service contacting me to fix this, well you can only guess how well that went! A joke!! So they again offer to send a puzzle if I close my complaint through PayPal, I said sure, once I receive the puzzle, they said they aren't sending it until I cancel the complaint. PayPal has now taken over thank goodness because I am so done! Please safe yourself the trouble and NEVER do business with Puzzlethal!!!!! They will not honor the customer service policy, they have no intention of getting your puzzle to you, they just want to scam people of their money!!

Ordered puzzle for Christmas gift. Paid expedited shipping and still waiting. They don’t even have a tracking number yet. They blame the carrier but won’t give me carrier name. Since I use Amex I will be calling to cancel because they stand by their customers I asked for expedited shipping to be returned and they again said no Now two weeks later they are stated they will give me 10.00 dollars but it was 25.00 to expedite it Never again would I buy anything from them

I wouldn't know the quality of the puzzles, but I can tell you their customer service is horrible! I ordered my puzzle over TWO WEEKS ago and heard NOTHING, so I emailed them, siting their policy for cancellation, saying that if they cannot get it to me in time for Christmas, I will have to cancel the order...then they just cancelled it!? No explanation until I emailed them again. Their excuse is basically they can't keep up with the supply and demand, so b/c they can't get it to me FOUR weeks after I ordered the puzzle (which is ludicrous, considering they say right on their website that orders are filled within 24-48 hours??) they cancelled it?? Would've been nice of them to tell me this the first time and oh...sign your name on the email when you respond to me so that I know who I'm talking to?? What do you think, I'm going to hunt you down if you are nice and tell me your first name?? They take no accountability for the poor service they're providing! HORRIBLE customer service to say the least. Need to hire more competent individuals, sadly!

Company is great to work with! Great products and customer service! Promptly found my lost shipment and expedited order.
