Alt-Batterie Rückgabe

Als Privatkunde habe ich mich tatsächlich erdreisstet eine alte Batterie in der PV-Filiale Hilden abgeben zu wollen. Ohne eine Neue zu kaufen und mit der Bitte um einen Entsorgungsnachweis.
Das hat man dort leider nachdrücklich abgelehnt, obwohl die Gesetzeslage bekannt ist.
Anscheinend nimmt es PV mit dem Gesetz nicht so genau.
Auch auf den Neukauf einer Batterie im November 2025, habe ich mein Pfand nachträglich nicht zurück bekommen. Dort kaufe ich ab jetzt lieber nicht mehr!

18.02.2025 war dort unser letzter Besuch, solange das Personal dort nicht ersetzt wird. bSowas von Frech und faul, ech eine Schande für alle Vertriebsunternehmen.
Die Preise sind ebenfalls anzupassen, übnerteuert bis zum Anschlag.
