An item that was initially out of stock came in a few days earlier than expected and I received a back in stock notification. So, I ordered two of them right away. Within two or three hours I received a shipping notification with tracking! Super service and communication for my order. And as always very competitive pricing on anything that is carried!

Bought 3 expensive guns and two out of three was used scraped up defective with missing hardware company employees laughed and wrote me off causing me to file a lawsuit buyer beware

What did I like? Well as of right now this has been a 2 1/2 month process of trying to purchase an air rifle. And as of today it still hasn’t arrived so I can’t review the purchase. But, I can tell you what was a bit concerning to me.
I like competition, and I thought I was looking at 3 different sellers of the FX rifle I wanted. But come to find out they are all the same place, but with different names.

I don’t understand why you need to do this. I read threads saying pyramids service was better, how?

Having preordered an FX Maverick with an in stock date well before xmass I thought I was safe. But, then with numerous emails and chats, phone calls I find out I can’t get it due to product being phased out. Ok. So I look at an FX leopard. Some mistakes on my order form, my fault, and now it’s shipping.

Being a first time buyer of an air gun in this price range I find your entire set up confusing and frustrating at the same time. I was told in one email to keep checking the website to see if my preorder was in stock! Really? Shouldn’t you as the seller let me know it’s arrived?
All in all I give you 2 1/2 to 3 stars. You need to be better. If I operated my transportation company like you, I’d be out of business.

I bought a velox and Pyramyd offered a special for a free “10 for 10” where they pump up and shoot the gun to make sure it works and holds air. Well that didn’t happen. The gun didn’t work so all this for nothing. I sent it back and that was weeks ago and still no response. They respond by sending a form email. Then they ask for more info. I sent that. No response. Nothing. They commit false advertising and then just say deal with it by not even responding. Terrible company. Do not use this store!

Transaction was not a problem, but I was emailed a $10 off code, and when I checked out, there was never a place to enter it, so it was worthless!

I bought 3 Archery Mystery Boxes from Pyramid Air intending to upgrade my older crossbow. The Lord blessed me with 3 incredible crossbows, including a $3000+ Ten Point Titan! They shipped in excellent boxing and got to me in 2 days. I have nothing but great things to say about Pyramid Air and highly recommend them!

Well you asked ;). I bought the mystery gift knowing full well it was a gamble. I saw that there was a left handed bow in the mix, but hoped that being a previous Pyramid air customer, they would have an idea that I was right handed.
Well I got the left handed bow. Can't say I was thrilled as it is really worth 0 to me. Very nice bow, and certainly worth more than the 250 I paid. Not really complaining...well a little. They did not falsely represent the items, so it's really on me. Hopefully there aren't a lot of these bows in the mix and my bad luck will help future gamblers.

Order was handled quickly as was shipping. Item arrived safely.
