Greedy company with evil staff. Wrongly issued parking tickets despite having registered at their machine - we had 2 hire cars, and their system automatically checked the first car out when we used the same card for the second car. We tried, their systems failed, and yet we have to pay 830 DKK x 2 because of it. Zero sympathy from any of their mean staff. This company should be banned, and I will not be coming back to Denmark any time soon. Screw Q-park.

The worst experiance, they work as mafi, the should be baned. I parked in garage wih avtomatic car plate registration. I have register my car with credit card and after they charged me with 900 DKK for five hours. I have complained and they say, that i have parked in different garage without car plate identification. It is a lie. So they charge me for 5 days parking instead for 5 hours, because i didn t register my exit (but is garage with automatic car plate identification and there is no need to register exit) I will report them to police on grounds of fraud.

Good Day, 3 August 2022 was parked in lot at DR KoncertHuset for there evening concert. When returned to car found ticket on windscreen for alleged overparking of 4:09 minutes. Fine was for 795Kr. which is fully extreme for the time incurred.
When parking used the credit card pay station, which was very confusing as how to determine time, even with help of my Danish relative.
4 August called Q-Park and explained situation, and asked that consideration be given for the outrageous charge. Of course no help could be given. In the end intimated to pay. A good evening at KoncertHuset was ruined by this scam and would consider same equivalent to legalized fraud.
Would hope that for the public benefit that DR would consider their supporters and have Q-park get a better attitude in public relations.

A very bad experience with Q-park at KFC in Vejle (Denmark). A fine of 830DKK was uncompromisingly imposed for not displaying parking meters!!!
The Q-park employee refused any help, he was simply determined not to help.
The parking lot signage is non-transparent and if you are in a hurry for the kids or a quick food purchase, you are facing an unexpected fine of a totally incomprehensible amount.
Please beware of Q-park!!!

A very bad experience with q park. We didnt see their disabled parking sign and they charged us for 1660 dkk. We admit that it is our fault that we didnt saw the sign but charging ud for 1660 dkk is way too much.

Cannot believe that this is a legally operating company in Denmark.
I parked my car for 2 minutes because my kid felt sick and we had to check if the shop had a toilet. They didn’t and literally 2 minutes later I had a 795 Danish keiner fine on my windshield. The guy has seen that I just arrived and hurried into the shop with my kid but he took the chance and robbed me of over 100€. Disgusting and pathetic.

I will shortly be the owner of an area in Århus where I am looking for a partner to take care of the parking. Due to rude costumer service and un professional handling Q park will not be contacted. Very very poor

Fack this company. They are a bunch of scammers.

Got fined 795 DKK and I asked for proof of why the fine was issues and they could not deliver anything but a threat that they will ask debt collectors to follow me.

Never use this parking service. I hope someone sues them.

An absolutely rotten company staffed by rotten people. I have a brand new car and the dealer didn't tell me that I need to get a disc (I am from another country). I went to a Silvan and parked for less than ten min and got a 800DKK fine. Someone had to be waiting in the lot to give tickets as fast as possible - they knew I had just parked. A parking mafia.

I will go the extra mile to not EVER park at any lot that has to do with Q-park. There is no human resonans with them, just a robotic claim for money. The only parking lots in town that you have to pay for by the way! Really lousy service!

For the third time in a row I have got an unlawful parking ticket. Q-park is a fraudulent company that bullies anyone that tries to show proof of not parking illegally and still getting a parking fine. Disgusting.
Avoid parking on their lots, because if you buy a ticket or not, chances are they will still fine you. Swines.

Terrible service. Parked and paid for ticket. Last number was missing from License plate though I am certain I entered it, I have a bank statement showing payment deducted. They are insisting I must pay the fine even though they know I paid for parking

Left for 10min in Irma in Amager where customer parking is allowed up to 2 hours. Of course forgot to set the clock.. BANG.. Ticket was there... Apparently they arrived 2 min after I entered the shop and left 4 min before I arrived.. Ive called immidiately, ready to present bill from the supermarket.. NO.. customer service was not open.. Advised to call tomorrow.. Blah blah.. Unbelievable..

I am Italian, I do not live in DK, I do not know the Danish language, I was visiting. I saw the parking area and I assumed it was for the clients of the nearby Super Marco shop. I looked for instructions but I could not spot any sign I could try to translate so I assumed that was a free parking area for clients. In fact I discovered from their letter one could stay for free for up to 2 hours, but I was not aware that I had to display a P-disc, I stayed only half an hour. I was compliant and did my best to follow the rules, I do not believe it is fair that I have to pay a fine given the circumstances. I placed a complaint but they came back to me writing that my explanations were not enough to withdraw the fine. I think I will try to avoid to park in a Q-Park in the future and hope people will pay attention and look for the signs carefully (I discovered later on from one of their pictures that there was a small black sign with small font instructions placed on the high wall very close to the ceiling)

True this company is a FRAUD. I got a fine. 0 justification. I'm taking them to Court. And 100% ill WIN. 😉

We used the q-park facility in Aarhus C for 2 months. The price was fair 750 krone per month.
