beware of fraud
When I read this, they continue to cheat unscrupulously, and no prosecutor cares. I've been waiting for my €65 refund since October of last year. It's a disgrace that such a company is allowed to operate in Europe.

Fraud
I used €100 banknote at q8 station next to Palermo airport and filled up the tank for €61.24. Then I received a receipt with refund code. After contacting their support they asked about details which I gave even with photo of this receipt and then they ignored all my emails. Phone number from their website doesn’t work as well. Have a guess their customers support team used this code to get some extras.

Read the numerous complaints here. Q8 is conducting a criminal fraud. All victims should file a police report so that an investigation can be launched against the company.

The criminals still haven't paid and the public prosecutor in Germany sees no reason to take action. I will probably file a complaint with the Italian judiciary

How to connect with Q8 in Italy?
I spent a vacation(10.11.2024) in Italy with my family, and while refueling the rented car in Q8, I paid with a 50eur banknote. 26.90 eur remained unused, which I tried to fill in another car using the given code, but it was rejected. The web page is not working (q8.it error) to request a refund, you cannot call the company, it is busy all the time...contacted the company, asked for a lot of information, which was sent, but still 3 months have passed, but the money has not been credited

Terrible customer service - avoid this station!
I had an issue at a Q8 gas station in Italy in August and have been trying to get assistance ever since. Despite multiple emails to their customer service, I have received no response or acknowledgment of my queries. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to be completely ignored for such a long time. I expected much better service from a well-known brand like Q8. Avoid if you value customer support!

I had a disappointing experience at the Q8 gas station near Viale Milano Fiori in Italy. I followed the instructions to pay by credit card before filling up my tank, and the machine initially charged me €100. However, when the tank was filled, it only took €60 worth of fuel, but I ended up being charged for both amounts (160€). To make matters worse, there was no staff available to help resolve the issue. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service, i emailed them and hope they resolve this matter

Rimborso as a tourist not working.
As a tourist we tanked diesel with 50euro but the pump was out of order and got a receipt. We went back to the Netherlands and got a 50euro code to use in Italy within 6 months.
Because it was our holiday this was not sufficient. In reply on my e-mail I had to fill in data for a bank transit. I never heard back these months even after several reminders...
Q8 please help us get our money back.
Jens.

Q8 Italy - wrongly money charged
Good afternoon
The weight of 18 hours of filling up at our q8 easy factory in Alcamo is where I filled up for 35 euros and my additional status is approximately 101 euros, with a full package. Additionally said, the invoice was not declared delivered correctly.
Between 12.45pm and 2.00pm, you will need to check the car's license plate on the surveillance camera.

Q8 Sicily is an organised scam
The automated station branded, owned and fuel supplied by Q8 italia numbered 9137 and found on Via Zia Lisa Catania City charged me €100.00 for €66.35 volume of fuel and payed out a blank receipt with which, I could not claim my remaining credit.
Following a complaint to Q8 Italia, they informed that the station, branding, pumps and fuel owned by them is not operated by them and I should contact the station manager....in an unmanned automated station with no staff.
They have pre-emptively closed my ticket too and are no longer responding.
AVOID AVOID AVOID....the blank receipt is an obvious plot to defraud money from tourists refuelling their hire cars before return.

Q8 Montefeltro: corruption be carefull
Q8 Montefeltro 47838 Riccione
We stopped for oil at this Q8 station. The lady that assisted by cleaning the windows argued that the wipers were old and before i could say something took them out. It went very quickly. I entered to pay the oil and they charged 20 euro extra fot the wiperd. I said this could not be on the card and turning back to my car the new wipers were installed already and they asked 66 euro for that. This was clearly an organised game and i want to project also future customers from this. This is organised fraude against travelling foreigners. Shame you Q8
Reaction
Dear Q8 Italy,
We are not interested in Q8's intention but in reality. We took the "old" wipers home and our local garagist confirms that a replacement was in no way necessary. So a needless and high cost was imposed on us. This was clearly an organized form of fraud involving several people and playing together.

q8 steals money
As a first, don't use Q8 gas stations in Italy !
If anything goes wrong on the station itself, there will be no one to assist you right on the spot.
Further, gas device will no return you money if e.g. you put 50€ and spend only 30€ on gasoline. Sadly, information about it is ‘hidden’ somewhere on the gas station.
In return you should get sort of voucher which you could use on some other Q8 gas station. But if you need to get the remaining credit on the voucher refunded, despite the fact that Q8 apparently is willing to do it, you will never get you money back.
I had follow their refund procedure as described on Q8 web site, but never got any response from support nor my money back. At some point I got e-mail that they can’t refund me as there is no more credit remaining on my voucher. In other words, most likely, people from the support have taken my voucher number and sell it (or gave it) to someone who was buying gasoline on Q8 stations using my money !
My advice: avoid Q8 !
