Review after 5 years

Review left after 5 years of being a customer. Rigid processes, foreign back office. Probably most adapted for very small businesses. Nice relationship management people and accountant to my experience. Too bad that management leaves the impression not to care about their clients as in my experience any request was left unanswered or rejected without any direct contact.
I have also experienced very late accounts made available for review on the last day for submission.
Beware, once you've contracted an accountant, it is not easy to switch while you're focusing on making your business work.
