Great customer service!

I want to give my sincere recommendation for Qards. I initially contacted my bank regarding the rental vehicle deposit I was not payed back and they directed me to Qards. After short, and very pleasant phone call with them (waiting time was approx. 30 seconds in the beginning of the call, and about a minute while switching operator), they said I would get answer or refund within a week. Two days later I received my refund. I want to thank them for professional service and pleasant customer service.
