It’s scam never send your shoes , always say its in transit but never recipe the tenis shoes
Me: Daughter's Birthday in Aug. - ordered 2 pair jeans on 7/9/2023 bc they were out of stock on Wrangler.com & QC supply showed to have them "in stock" (somehow a 3rd pair also wound up on the order - in a size no one I know wears, but in all honesty, we do have spotty internet)
Them: 7/10/2023 Orders should ship within 2-3 business days, unless stated differently on our website. (showed "in stock") Paid 19.61 shipping. (insane)
18 days later - (and after I already bought them at w Wrangler/free shipping and on sale)
Them:7/28/2023 pdf file w invoice & finally a tracking number
Them: 7/31/2023 delivery FINALLY received the 2 pair of jeans I actually intended to purchase
them: 8/16/2023 3rd pair received - in a size no one wears = ordered unintentionally somehow
Me: call to get return instructions
Them: "There was three pairs on this order different sizes. This one looks as if it was on a BO (it was ALL late - they never contacted me to let me know anything was on back order.) that is why it was shipped separately. If you would like to return them you may ship them to the address below and write RMA 138025 on the outside of the package. You may ship them by whichever method you prefer. However, in this case we do not provide return labels as we shipped the product out that was on the order. Once we receive the product back
we will look it over
and process the credit back to which ever method you used to purchase them."
Me: 8/16/2023 517 pm - verify shipping address pls. ("and after you look them over?" it was the same day I got it - should have waited a few weeks like them)

Me: this place is dicey so I send return receipt bc what if they say they didn't receive it? 17.00 shipping for 1 pair I never wanted/intended to order and am sending back. We will see how many months this takes.
Poor communication. Rude customer service and I can't stand the pdf files, hate that garbage being saved to my pc - send it in an email com like everyone else does. No problem ordering on Wrangler's website. Received them in just a few days, too. Let someone know when items are NOT IN STOCK - why not on the QC supply website? This was a waste of basically 2 months - so far. That was really shady to show them in stock or not contact me if they were on BO. We could have cancelled the whole mess back in July if QC supply had been honest. I am out way too much time/money for basically 2 over priced pair of jeans. I would not recommend this company - BBB reviews show them to be really bad to deal with if you have any issues but thought "how hard could it be to buy a couple of pair of pants". This was so ridiculous.
They would not refund a product that did not work. Stay away

QC Supply is a GREAT example of what is wrong with this country.
i ordered a part from their website, they took payment and even sent me a receipt. 10 days later after not hearing anything, i sent an email asking if i could get idea when it would be shipping. They replied that it was on back order and would be shipping in 12 days.
17 days go by and still nothing so i called. They looked up the order number and said it was STILL on back order and now theyre expecting it on the 17th. I said if it doesnt come in on the 17th, will you notify me or do i have to come find you again? She put me on hold to ask the "purchaser" and when she came back she said its ACTUALLY not gonna be shipping to them until end of December.

Item never arrived. They sell drop ship items and state they are not responsible once the item ships out.
I ordered a Wand Wizard and found out my wand is not threaded and I needed the model with quick-connects on both ends. Customer support was very responsive and helpful and processed an RMA immediately by e-mail, and sent me the correct unit right away. Very happy.
I ordered fly bait in July, it finally shipped in mid September after fly season. I called customer service, and they said to refuse shipment. Now, they expect me to pay the nearly $125 in shipping. After talking to there customer service, received absolutely no help. Very disappointed in their shipping and customer service.
I recently bought a bath from these people. I didn't receive a confirmation email or any indication on when to receive delivery. Luckily, I happened to be in on the day of delivery. I then had to call with a question. 3 times I was kept on hold for over 10 minutes and cut off each time before I was given my answer. The fourth attempt I refused to be placed on hold and finally received the information I needed. VERY unprofessional company that didn't care when I pointed out their deficiencies. I guess, once they e had your money they don't care what happens next, even if you haven't had the goods yet.
Their work clothes are some of the best quality I've found. And the customer service is great, they know everything about all of the products they carry. I would definitely reccomend QC Supply to others.
