Although service gesture from the staff was very good, but there is a scope of improvement in facilities and infrastructure. In of the washrooms the water supply of wash basin was not working. For coffee the sugar packets were not provided separately, and the coffee from the vending machine had a lot of sugar.

I started my search with Qdesk in jan , Bhavika was assigned to me , the journey to finalise the place was super smooth, Bhavika was proactive and quick in understanding my requirements , ensured I all meetings were set up and thanks to her effort I have been able to close an office as per my requirements . I was in urgent need of a conference room for a meeting with my clients on a Sunday afternoon and I was not getting the availability as mostly everyone was closed on Sunday or at some places if it was available it was without house keeping services. Qdesq helped me get a nice and decent Conference room for 6 people with proper support staff opening the venue on Sunday usually when it is closed, helping me and my clients comfortably have a great meeting. They also arranged tea, coffee as well as parking for 3 cars.

Thanks Qdesq and specially Bhavika to provide various options for Coworking space based on my requirement and budget. She even helped me to select right place in my budget. Really Profesional.

What has been most noteworthy in this was that they stayed with the deal right upto completion. Usually people on the sales side lose interest after the first
