I had some questions they were promptly answered

I had to call them to let them know they cite the incorrect statutes. No thank you, no acknowledgment. Was told that nobody ever picked up on that, we’re going to change that.

As someone who has no previous experience with a divorce I found the process of obtaining a QDRO to exceptionally straight forward with your system and very much appreciated the assistance in many of the questions.

When I speak to a person the service is great. I feel you need more people answering questions because when I get a call back I longer was at my computer. I wish you made appointments via the phone for help doing the qdro

To create the QDRO, the QdroDesk online system asks specific questions most of which you can answer by referring to your divorce court documents. Once you’re finished with the questions, you are given a summary of your answers for approval. If answers are incorrect, you always have the option of changing them. Upon approval of your answers, a legal document is created. All in all, a very simple process especially considering the professional document that is produced. This is also an affordable option. My sister paid a law office over $700 for a QDRO and that was almost ten years ago.

I suggest that you first verify whether you actually need a QDRO. I had never heard of a QDRO until I read it in a letter I received from PSERS Retirement and believed they required one from me. After I sent it to them, they stated they needed my divorce agreement and not a QDRO. So I spent $299 for something I didn’t need.

It was a pleasure working with the support team. They were extremely helpful and the QDRO form was completed quickly with their guidance. Trying to fill out the form by myself was intimidating and stressful. Working with the support made it simple and stress free.

I had researched for about a month before I decided to sign up with your company. The major selling point was your CSR Catherine. She was so confident and readily had answers for me. She explained every question I had and made me feel safe about deciding to contract with you. I’m so glad I did!!

I have already posted a review about the on line pension appraisal application process. However, I forgot to mention Christine from Pension Appraisers... She is absolutely AMAZING!!! Christine is wealth of knowledge and so helpful. She is so friendly and personable and makes you feel at ease about the daunting process of pension appraisals. I cannot thank her enough for all her help. Christine is certainly a valuable asset to her company!!!

Applying on line was relatively easy and quick. So much better than having to manually fill out forms.
