Qatar Islamic Bank and Vistas Global Visa Fraud

THE QATAR VISA CENTER FRAUD FILE: HOW QATAR ISLAMIC BANK (QIB) & VISTAS GLOBAL TURNED A SENIOR ARCHITECT INTO A "STREET VENDOR."

To my network of CXOs, the Global Tableau Visionary community, and every Senior Tech professional: This is a warning of professional survival. I have spent 13+ years building a reputation as a Senior BI & Analytics Architect and Tableau Specialist. Recently, I witnessed how Vistas Global and Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) treat elite talent. It is a masterclass in deception, fraudulent documentation, and financial exploitation.

THE EPISODE OF DECEPTION:

THE BAIT: I was recruited and offered a position as a Senior Tableau Specialist. I acted in total good faith, dedicating 45 days to their process.

THE Qatar Visa Center FRAUD: Upon reaching the Qatar Visa Center, I discovered a shocking truth. Vistas Global and Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) had submitted a fraudulent agreement to the authorities. My 13 years of expertise were erased; they registered me under the legal designation of a "STREET VENDOR."

THE BAIT-AND-SWITCH: This was a deliberate attempt to bypass labor regulations by misrepresenting a Senior Architect to the Qatar Ministry of Labour.Ministry of Labour - وزارة العمل

THE FINANCIAL DRAIN: I personally funded Degree Attestations, Police Clearance Certificates (PCC), and Transportation, while losing 45 days of professional availability.

THE BROKEN PROMISE: When confronted, they stubbornly refused to compensate me for my lost time. In an attempt to simply close this toxic chapter, I agreed to accept only the reimbursement for my out-of-pocket attestation costs.

THE GHOSTING: After agreeing to this bare minimum, they have gone completely silent. No payment. No response. Total cowardice.

THE WALL OF SHAME (Accountability Matters):
These individuals presided over this process and allowed this to happen. The industry needs to know who they are:

- Syed Khaiser (Vice President, Vistas Global)
- Tristan James Sario (Process Coordinator, Vistas Global)
- Meera Shamshudeen (HR Executive, Vistas Global)
- Muhammed Finos (Head HR, Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB))
- Maryam Sharshani (HR, Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB))

THE VERDICT:
Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) currently holds a 2.3/5 rating on major review sites. My experience proves that even this score is an overstatement. If a multi-billion dollar bank (Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB)) and its partner firm (Vistas Global) are willing to lie to the government and exploit a Senior Consultant over a small reimbursement, they have no place in a professional ecosystem.

I have the side-by-side evidence: The Senior Tableau Specialist Offer vs. the "Street Vendor" Qatar Visa Center Contract.
