Qobuz's user interface and selection are awesome. The site/app can be not as responsive sometimes to lesser known artists but I am always filled with joy to sit back and enjoy music on this platform. Thank you very much.

Like the simplicity of the app while also providing quite a lot of functionality at the same time.

Really appreciate the approach to music and it's distribution - real music, and albums/releases focused rather then charts-like system for single songs.

Would appreciate linux desktop app. I am aware that it is in development. Just going to mention it here.

Would appreciate if mobile and desktop app be a bit more on par in terms of functionality as there are some thing that exist in mobile app that don't in desktop. It's a minor issue, but still an issue.

Qobuz is by far the best music streaming service out there. I recommend it to everyone around me. Spotify is not of this time anymore, the future is Qobuz.

Never ever before listened to digital music, always vinyl and I mean always but with a good dac my system sounds very close to my garrard turntable very good mc cartridge so thanks qobuz which by the way is very easy to use for a luddite and you catalogue is wonderful

Qobuz is an excellent platform! Listening to music at a higher quality, lower price, and from a platform that pays its artists more fairly is incredible! There are, however, several features that other services such as Spotify perform better. For example, a 4700+ song playlist was split into 3 parts when transferred to Qobuz. Any playlist over 300 songs lags on my iPhone 13, which implies that clunky design results in lag on user devices that are capable of browsing 4000+ song playlists on any other platform.

Adding songs to multiple playlists on mobile is tedious. Adding songs to any playlist is tedious on the desktop app.

Sorry for being blunt—I'm stoned. I love this app. I recently moved from Spotify, and am loving my experience. I was very direct in my criticism, but only for the sake of I'm autistic <3

Keep up the great work!!

I was skeptical so I did a lot of research before deciding to try Quobuz. I signed up for the free trial and after an hour of listening I signed up for the paid version. The difference in quality is VERY noticeable and so satisfying I am enjoying hearing sounds in my favorite songs that I never heard before and the suggestions for new music are outstanding. I highly recommend listening for yourself and hear the difference Quobuz makes to your music enjoyment.

A bit more pricey than some for purchasing music, but for artists that you want to download who are not on Bandcamp, it is invaluable.
The search engine is not as intuitive as some, which is annoying. But the playback experience is better than Spotify. Also, I understand they pay 10x as much as Spotify per stream. Which is another plus.

Qobuz is the only way to go.

signed up for a family account and paid the £22 initial payment.

attempted to set up my children as users to realise they don't have children's accounts and that I therefore had to set them up as 16 year olds. Despite this, when sending the invitations to join the family group, all 3 accounts gave an error message when accepting the invite saying "You are already part of a family group" or similar.

They are definitely not part of another group as they are brand new accounts and when attempting to play music while logged in are met with the 30s limit on each song.

After numerous poor interactions with "support" they gave me instructions on how to add members which outlined the exact steps I had already taken. Having removing them and re-adding them multiple times
I each time receive the same error.

having tried for over a week to do this to see if a timing element was at fault to no avail, I requested a refund as I am unable to use the service as intended or promised.
I am reliably informed that refunds are not given which is completely un-accaptable if I am unable to utilise the service i have paid for upfront. All I have been offered is a code for one additional free month of not being able to use the service as it simply doesn't work. Absolute crap.

I have already cancelled and will return to Spotify, who do have child accounts and, perhaps more importantly, their service actually works.

High-quality audio, ideal for anyone seeking an excellent streaming experience. After trying many solutions, this has been the best one for me.

It is a pretty good app, the quality is perfect for the songs that are able, the only but is that there are some artists that have disappeared from the collection, sometimes you have to rearrange your playlists because some archives have been eliminated but you find them on another album from the artist. But there are some examples where the music just disappeared from the whole Qobuz archive like some albums from Mac Miller.

Qobuz has great sound, first of all. Also, they offer Qobuz Connect, which enabled me to not rely on Roon or another third-party service to organize my playlists. Finally, their customer service has been good. I am happy with the service.

I really like Qobuz. I wish I could give it 5 stars. I'll get the negatives out first. It can be quite hard to find certain artists and songs as many are lumped in together. It took me a while before I could find what I wanted.

However, the sheer amount of music on the site is fantastic. I found a few new artists and groups I like as a result of the website. The pricing is very good and the sound quality is fantastic. All they need are a couple of little tweaks and its 5 stars all day long. I really recommend them. I was delighted with the songs I purchased.

Navigation and Info need some work. Also, navigation to downloads on the mobile app. It's often unclear which tracks have been downloaded and which haven't

Great quality of sound! Nice searching tool and efficient. Large catalog in all styles and types of music. Possibility to buy in mp3 format. I really enjoy the application features. Try it and adopt it!
Also, the contribution to artists is much better than on other platforms: Artists must live too to give us more pleasure :-)
