Ive been purchasing stock from the qogita marketplace for nearly two years now. In the early days, they took on a lot of feedback to make it easier for UK sellers to purchase through them. The main one, was them becoming the “importer” meaning that there was no longer any faff with import duties. There have been issues with shoddy condition stock, or damaged inbound etc, but the staff sorted it out promptly. My only current gripe, which for many is a benefit, is that they opened up EU buying for non-vat sellers, bumping up competition with less experienced sellers who will tank it for quich sales in month 1. Overall though, 5 star service.

I’ve been using Qogita for around a year now. I absolutely love being able to buy in large quantities from trusted wholesalers. The order process is so straightforward and they automatically issue invoices.
On the rare occasion that I’ve had an issue, it has been quickly resolved by the customer support team.

Great company to purchase products for your business and the updates you receive are great

Hi all the retailers,
I made 3 orders with this site, and the products that came are fake, and also they have admitted the products are fake and promised to make a refund and now they don't reply the message and not answer the phone call, they completely ingore me, there is no refund made to me, the staff are very unprofessional.
Please do not purchase from this site, you will lose money and all the customers by the fake products they send it to you.

Please see their reply, they are saying completely different the message they have sent to me, I have picture to show what I received unfortunately I can't upload the picture to show every one, also they hey say they will follow up but still no one to contact me about refund, they are lying, I never thread you and I just want to get money back as this is ove £1200 and fake products are not acceptable, on the product label there are Chinese writing on it, la mer made of the US and I buying for the UK customers why label in Chinese?
If I can claim easy I won't write review to warning all the customers

I ordered goods, paid for them in advance and I have neither the goods nor the money....my order was cancelled without giving a reason....

My order were some missing units.I raised claim but they declined this by giving an unknown reason.They did not compensate my loss.
In conclusion, I am not satisfied with Qogita and its claim team service.Very bad and disappointed experience .

Their wholesale prices are excellent and consistently competitive.
After extensive market research we did not find better prices or a smoother ordering process. Stock availability and delivery reliability have also been strong, which helps us plan and serve our customers with confidence.
In short, Qogita has become a trusted partner for our business.

I wanted to cancel the order 10 minutes after placing it and I was already unable to do so. This has caused me numerous inconveniences and financial losses. I understand that you cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped, but it makes no sense when only 10 minutes have passed since it was placed, especially on a Friday during business hours. Very dissatisfied with your policy.

Unreliable supplier.
I was delighted at 1st. Until problems came up. Sales rep will be very proactive and they will make sure you're good. I had a technical issue applying for Mondu BNPL. Qogita did NOTHING useful, other than pushing the responsibility to me.
But the worst thing is - they can change the order without any consequences. Let's assume you need a 200$ item. But MOV is 550 or sometimes 1100 eur. So you order other stock, not so useful, but MOV needs to be met. Then if due to lack of the availability the item you need will be missing, then it's your problem, you can't cancel the order.
Therefore I have ABSOLUTELY NO idea if I will get the stock I need, or again I will freeze my assets.
Sales reps are absolutely useless and annoying, calling on mobile, texting me on whatsapp (!!!!), it's bizzarre. Sadly the items are also expensive comparing to other suppliers. Take my advice and spend more time on looking for serious companies.

All of my questions have been answered, and the products are indeed genuine.

Qogita is an excellent website where I can quickly find everything I need. The ordering process is smooth, and the preparation and delivery of orders are very fast. I’m really impressed with their service and will definitely continue using it!

They will sell it as if they can provide all the documents required to ungate any product on Amazon. The reality is that they are not recognised as a genuine wholesaler by Amazon and also their supplier is not recognised. After months of asking Amazon, the seller support clearly stated that they do not accept documents from Qogita or their supplier. All you would get from them is the same AI-generated reply, apologising that they cannot provide any more documents. Also, they are expensive compared to other sellers out there.
